Went to try the new impossible burger sliders. The restaurant was way understaffed but the cashier girl did an admirable job of keeping it together. There place was clean and tidy.
Burgers were ok and a little spendy (2x the price of regular burgers). I've had the impossible burger at other restaurants (where it was about the same price as a regular burger) and the one at White Castle was not quite as good as those. Not sure what would make the difference, honestly. Kudos to White Castle for being the only fast food place that I know of that offers the impossible burger.
Since I had extra time while I was waiting I googled White Castle and learned that they were essentially the first fast food restaurant and had to invent their own supply chain to make it happen....

FULL COMMENTS: Everyone here is so friendly and so customer-focused. I have never had a bad interaction with the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure my customized orders are done correctly... Love the impossible slider!
A couple of dings - the fries are often soggy, so I generally ask for them extra crispy. Easy fix, but takes a little extra time.
The inside of the restaurant is often dirty and a bit dingy. Seems like the staff is often busy, though, so I guess that’s understandable.
Overall, I’m happy with the place and will gladly return...

Being called a LIAR by four different employees...is NOT good customer service. If a customer comes to the window saying something is missing from the order 99% of the time, something is missing from the order. Do not tell the customer, no it's not. Do not tell the customer to check the bag again. Do not get an attitude and say no its in the bag. You will lose customers.
