Read moreI would like to give a shout out to Zack and the only 2 other employees working today at 7p.m. It was a long wait and admittedly, I was getting frustrated. I saw a kid walk an order out to a parked car, I waited in line, I waited, and waited. After finally ordering I pulled up to the window. I saw 1 single person (zack) with his headset on, waiting on the people inside, this was the same person I saw bringing out an order to the car. When he came to the window I asked "are you the only one running this place?" He said "yeah, me and 2 others in the kitchen. That's why the wait was so long" I said "How is this even possible?" He replied "it's OK until someone gets mad and yells at me" At that moment I took a step back and realized how much those 3 people were trying to do to please everyone, and with what they had, they were doing amazing. I simply asked for crown and told him they were doing a great job. This kid had more multitasking skills then I've ever had. I came in on lunch break got two double cheeseburgers and I felt they were cold and the bun wasn't as soft as I'd like. I'm not the easiest customer I know. I went back and told the female manager who immediately said no problem I'll have them remade and she did just that and even gave me extra fries. My point is I know I'm not easy and unfortunately I often eat fast food as I work in HVAC and usually the one meal I usually get is fast food so I'm picky.
