Really wanted to like this place. Atmosphere and ambience was lovely. So why the one star? Well... Food and drinks took too long (over an hour) to come out. And we frequent Thai restaurants multiple times a week. That could be forgiven. However, they got my husband’s order wrong. He asked for his dish to be spicy and to add shrimp multiple times. Yet the real issue is how they chose to deal with this mistake. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they asked him to make it spicy himself by adding red pepper flakes and then they originally offered to give us a side of shrimp, fine, but then came back and changed their mind - they weren’t going to do anything to fix the problem. They didn’t even apologize. And then, as we attempted to enjoy our dinner, a nice Indian man was getting visibly upset about his order. He felt that he and his family were being discriminated against. This resulted in the CHEF yelling profanities at this man in the middle of dinner service. Everyone sitting in the restaurant could hear this. This was the last straw. Completely an unprofessional establishment by all accounts. There are plenty of other Thai options in the area - don’t take your...

But 5 stars alone for what they did - We ordered takeout online around 3:30. Google reviews said they were open. The website tells me, after the order is completed, that it will take 75 minutes. I call them because that seems far too long – they say that they are actually closed between lunch and dinner and so could we pick it up at 4:45. Since I was visiting my mother, we didn’t want to wait that long, so I asked if we could cancel the order. The woman on the phone says to hold on, then has a quick conversation in Thai while I wait. She said they can make it then and asked if we can we come in 15 minutes. I said thank you very much and really appreciated it!
My Mom and I drive over, I go up to the door and the woman opens it and hands me my order. I give her a $10 cash tip to thank her, and I also show her that Google has their place as open, so she might want to contact Google to update the hours. She was very sweet and we really appreciated...
Read moreOrdered take out. It was ready when promised and came packaged in the good sturdy plastic containers. That is the nicest thing I can say about it. The appetizer was deep fried. But soggy. I will give a pass on that because sometimes the container sweats, but the flavor was off putting. Seafood noodle soup was a lot of noodles, not much seafood and no favor at all. The noodles for the soup and the main course were over cooked. They broke into a bunch of little pieces. The main course was a seafood chefs choice. Decent amount of seafood, but again zero flavor. The best thing about Thai food is that it should have fresh bright flavors Pepper Terrace fell horribly short. Menu options seemed a little weird for Thai food also. No Larb or Yum Talay salad. I asked about Prik Nam Pau they didn't know what that was. Over all a disappointing experience and most of the food ended up...
