DO NOT REWARD THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR BUSINESS. I love Chick Fil-A but find this location to be one of the worst I've ever visited. The parking lot is dangerous due to the very poorly designed layout that causes constant overcrowding and poor traffic flow. Today I placed an order for lunch through the Chick Fil-A app and requested delivery so that I didn't have to experience the parking lot issue. My cart/order was transferred to Door Dash. I received 3 separate driver updates and noticed that Chick Fil-A's app didn't send the correct address so I contacted one of the drivers. She informed me the store didn't have my order. I called the store and dealt with the most unprofessional manager who refused to accept any accountability and kept telling me I had a DoorDash problem. When I tried to explain the situation the manager really didn't care to listen to the situation and kept talking over me. I asked her to please stop and listen. I also told her I was not interested in the laundry list of excuses and could she please focus on helping me solve the issue. She refused and insisted on continuing to pass the buck to Door Dash. Completely unacceptable. I filed an online complaint with Chick Fil-A only to get a response (via email) from the store stating they fulfilled my order... a direct contradiction to what the manager told me on the phone. Read moreAs a man living in Franklin in his mid-twenties I find that this Chick-fil-A not only meets every aspect of what I would expect from a top quality fast food restaurant but also what I would expect from just great people in general. My eating experience is always a pleasant fast and efficient use of my money. I have have aquired many points and rewards from their Chick-fil-A app and greatly encourage anyone who frequents a Chick-fil-A and specifically this one to use it. As I type this I am close to becoming a Chick-fil-A red member which I find to be one of my lifelong achievements. They have just introduced a new tier and I hope to get those points as quickly as possible at this Chick-fil-A seeing as it is by far my favorite one in all of the greater Nashville area. You can take it from me that this is a great experience and through everything in 2020 and before they have done their best to provide fast quality customer experience. Read moreI have been going to Chick-Fil-a since I was a little girl, always have been happy with the staff all the way up to the food. Today I was extremely disappointed and angry, as we know we are living in very uncertain times and safety is a huge deal, my husband, 1 year old daughter, and mother in-law went through. My husband is type one diabetic and with my daughter being so young they are very susceptible to the virus and if they get it, it could kill them. There were quite a few employees that weren’t wearing the masks correctly and only wearing them to their mouths not covering their noses and would pull them completely down with customers in sight talking to their other co-workers. This was including members management doing this as well. It made me angry seeing the staff not taking this serious and could be potentially putting others at risk. Not to mention our food took over 10 minutes to come out, the whole entire drive thru cleared out including the cars behind us which to me is honestly the small part.
