be careful going here if you have extensions, especially hand tied. my hair was barely washed, and the stylist put so much tension on my hair that my extensions came loose. i had high hopes when there was a question on the booking site that asked if i had extensions, and assumed that meant the stylists had education on how to handle them. the style itself was fine, not really what i asked for but as a first time client i understand. i feel bad leaving this review because my stylist was having a rough day, but im going to have to spend $300 to get my extensions fixed so i felt the need to...

I cannot say enough good things about Drybar Franklin. Convenient location, ample parking in the back. Salon is extremely clean and sanitary. App is easy to make appointments. I have requested many different type styles and every time has been right on the money. Love the products also, they smell good and leave hair so shiny and silky.
