I ordered in the drive-through and ordered a plate and asked for one entrée and my rice to be in the big container and to put my second entrée in the smaller container when I got my food I noticed that the smaller container was itty-bitty like if I had ordered three sides. And then I saw they had put a bunch of food in the big container which I then looked at the receipt and saying they charge me for the bigger plate three items. I went back inside to try to figure it out because I was charged a little more and as I tried to speak to who I assume was the manager manager, she was a Spanish lady, she called the girl that was working in the window owner, which was another Spanish lady as they spoke Spanish to each other. I was trying to explain to her that I just had order a plate with two entrées with one and the rice and the big one and the second I’ll try another one and it’s supposed to be a bigger box a bigger container for that second side And that I wasn’t supposed to have the double entrée that was in a container. Either way they snickered while speaking Spanish and I asked what that was about and and I said well I can’t understand. Can y’all speak English and the manager started arguing with me that she could speak English fine And started being rude and loud as I was walking out the door at this point she still tell me goodbye have a good day and yelling and screaming it across the restaurant at me telling me is she could speak English. Obviously, she took offense to something, but why should I have to deal with that kind of situation Over such a New issue? She wanted her and the other Spanish girl and one of the cooks to argue with me so it wasn’t worth the fighting any longer. Will not be going to Panda Express anymore they are not that much cheaper than good...
Read moreTo objectively document the experience I had yesterday coming to this location - I haven't been to a Panda Express in probably 2 years or more, but I wanted to come try the new Beyond Orange Chicken. Here's how it went: Walk inside (6pm). No employees visible, restaurant is completely empty. One comes out to take my order. Orange chicken was old and brown. Noodles undercooked and all broken into inch long pieces. Spring rolls undercooked and cold. No sweet and sour sauce. Employee had to clean a tray from a stack of dirty trays, puts my food on it and hands to me with the tray still wet. Napkin dispenser empty. So I went to bathroom to get some paper towels. Paper towel dispenser in bathroom broken open and hanging down. Both trash cans in dining room over flowing.
It's a shame when you give a restaurant another try after years, and they prove to you why you don't go in the first place. But it's fast food.. what can you expect? I felt cheated having paid $13 for this meal and experience. Props to Panda Express for doing the Beyond Chicken, I think it would have been better if it was in better condition. May try another store but will definitely check the reviews next time. Seems like the store I went to just needs better management...
Read moreI have had 2 very bad experiences here. The first was after my 12 hour shift at the hospital. I ordered and was told fried rice would be about a 10 minute wait. It was for my rice so I said I would wait so I paid and the drive through service member told me to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out to me. I pulled up and after 20 minutes I had to go inside to find out they had forgotten completely about my order. I had to show them my receipt so they could make it which they then had barely enough fried rice for me after giving to other people. They offered me a drink as compensation but I was just ready to get my food and go home. A drink? What’s it. My second bad experience was tonight after a 12 hour shift again at the hospital. I ordered, was told there was a wait for teriyaki chicken. It was for my wife so I waited. They asked if I needed any sauce at the window and then when they brought it out it had nothing but the meals. I then had to go in to get teriyaki sauce I originally requested. Then I get home to find that the broccoli beef I had ordered was ONLY BROCCOLI. Just a full entree that was broccoli. Again another terrible experience that was a waste of time and money. I will not longer be coming here....
