For being a business that celebrates being local the owner is very rigid and confrontational. Bought Christmas gifts for my wife there and will say that the quality is good. However a bracelet that was packaged and wrapped by them with tags cutoff by them needed to be returned as the size was too large. My wife’s fault is that she waited till the end of Feb. An exchange for something that would fit was all she asked for, no refund. We returned with the item in the original packaging and a receipt. We were told it had no tag, was a 30 day return policy with no exceptions. ...Now they cut off the tag, I bought it 30 days before Christmas so technically the day after Christmas it was un-returnable. I explained this to the owner to which her reply was “now you will listen to me....Amazon has a 30 day policy”.... ???? She then pulled out an envelope with money trying to get me to take it saying here is your refund, which I refused, and asI tried to leave. She continued following me to the door waving the money and finally saying I was not welcome back in her business. We were just trying to exchange for something that fit. Just let me say this...if you buy it you own it. This was one of the craziest things I have...

This is a darling store! I first found out about it during their Nora Fleming event. I visited in advance to scope it out, returned for the Nora Fleming event, and I went again a few weeks ago. Very wide selection. I’m a little confused by some of the reviews. Their selection is much greater than similar stores in Nashville, and their prices are on par with similar stores in Nashville. There is a large staff available to assist and answer any questions. I’ve always felt very taken care of in my shopping experiences there. I brought my sister with me on my last visit, and she was very happy as well! I also have told my mother in law about it, and she has stopped in a few times on her way to Nashville! This cute shop has a wide variety and selection of those small items people decorate their homes with. I like their bird feeders ( bird houses made of seeds and goodie’s birds snack on) clothing..Towels candles… books ( some special cook and recipe books) something for anyone and a great place to shop for gifts, house warming parties, and other fun stuff (See the limited videos and pictures to get a small taste of their offerings.) seasonal and holiday items!!
