Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Franklin

If possible to leave 0 stars, I would. We came in for dinner after a wedding rehearsal, only 9 of us. After about 10 mins we were greeted, and instead of starting with drinks and appetizers, the waitress wanted to rush us into ordering. We all ordered, 7 of us had salads. 10 more mins go by, we start to receive 5 of our 7 salads, yet still had not received drinks. After asking where our drinks were and stating that 2 of our salads never made it to the table, she acts annoyed and brings us 2 more salads, but large salads instead of side salads. Once our meals finally arrive it is a downhill spiral. We had 5 ppl order steak, 2 of them steak and shrimp, yet all 5 plates come to the table w shrimp. She tells us not a problem she will make sure we are not charged. Not to mention, my 8 year old who was one not to receive his salad, also didnt receive his entree either. Now over an hour into the mistakes, we are ready for boxes and our checks, so we request them. 25 mins go by and we are STILL sitting waiting on our boxes and checks. Finally another server brings our boxes over and informs us checks will be right over. We are all able to see the manager helping her separate the tickets, which we gave the orders to her in order od the checks to begin with. Maybe another 10 mins later she finally brings the checks. And guess what? All those shrimp she claimed she would have fixed, she didnt. So once we ask her to remove them like she had promised; she goes and removes them from one and adds them to another persons check at our table. Absolute worst dining experience ever. The waitress was clearly struggling, and the manager had to help her correct many issues, yet she never once apologized nor did the manager ever come over to table touch or apologize. The service, management and food quality in this store just continues to go down hill . We used to enjoy coming here 2plus times a week and sitting in the bar for dinner. It started out with service slacking then continuously cold food. Last night we decided to give it another try after a good month or so.... BAD IDEA!!! First off the server grabs my hand to look at my nails .. ok great they are pretty but don’t touch me without asking permission or asking to see them.. we had a pretty simple order ..chips and salsa with ranch, two orders of boneless chicken wings with one side of fries. One would think it should be no problem. Boy were we wrong . It was 730-745pm. Not busy at all. Our server had 3 tables that were all finishing up and is. 15 min go by and we still don’t even have our chips and salsa.. she starts to walk past and says “oh $&@!” I forgot to put their order in! Really. We are your only table still eating. She finally brings it out and slides it across the table so hard it almost ends up in our lap and doesn’t say a word. The ranch is missing . I am able to flag down another server to get that. This server remained extremely helpful and sweet the rest of our visit. Less than a min after our appetizer comes out our food is there . Not hot at all like warm at best. The “hide away manager “ offers to take the chips off our bill which I already have a free coupon for. But never an apology. He also never comes back to check up either. Piss poor service at best. Food was awful. The server then continues to run her mouth to other employees and guests because we were unhappy.. if this is the type of people you are going to hire and manager your store it is a very quick way to lose business.. we will not be back to...

Our waiter was nice and attentive so I will give more than one star for that, but the food was very disappointing. I got the chicken ranchero tacos that cost about $10.99 for three tacos, beans, and rice. The beans were ok at least they were hot. The rice was hard, flavorless, and barely warm. My tacos, while the flavor could have been good, we're very cold. The chicken tasted precooked and then refrigerated and then like it was scooped into my tacos with kind of fresh toppings. Not even remotely warm. I was so hungry that I just ate it anyways. Disappointing. My husband's burger and fries looked equally disappointing. For $9.99 you would expect a better quality burger than that of fast food but it wasn't. It was small like a dollar menu burger and looked very dry. I tried his fries and they we're not seasoned or very warm. We aren't the kind of people to complain unless we get charged for something we didn't order, we just won't return to a place if it wasn't very good. Also the waiter didn't do anything wrong I expect the kitchen staff is just incompentent. Won't be returning. Bottom line way over priced for very little cold flavorless...
