Pizza is great, we normally order delivery and have never had a problem. Last Sunday we ordered pickup because we were already out and on the way home. My husband and 5 year old son went in to pick it up. While they were waiting, my son said he needed to use the restroom. Being the mom of a small child I know that sometimes these things happen no matter where you’re at. My husband asked if they had a restroom he could use really quick, the employee at the counter said he didn’t know and he would ask, the other employee he asked said they didn’t know either. This went on for a few minutes before they determined that, yes they have one and no he couldn’t use it. Now normally I understand not having a public restroom but we were paying customers with a young child who needed to go, we didn’t just wander in from off the street. Being that this was a Sunday night around 6:00 the other stores and restaurants in the strip mall were closed, and again we weren’t paying customers at any of these places so had they been open I wouldn’t have expected them to let him go. Instead my son ended up going behind some bushes next to one of the stores. Wouldn’t have just been easier and less of an ordeal to let him use the one that is inside the store? Unfortunately after the back and forth of trying to figure out where he could use the restroom by the time we got home with our pizza it was cold. Call the store and am told our delivery might be up to another hour and would we like to pick up our order if we want it or could cancel. Don't want to, but hungry, so we will. Not very happy. Leave the house and have now waited 30 at store for order. Unacceptable is an understatement. I can be understandable if you are busy and tell me. To have me wait for an order you said was ready for pickup is beyond unacceptable. Shame on you. Will order from anyone other than you. Edit+1 Manager girl is overwhelmed and understaffed. Was told 3+ hour wait on orders. Not only I am more than frustrated and many are simply walking out. I can sympathize, but communication is just the best answer. Franchise owner should be to blame for allowing this to happen on a Friday night. Know your area and demand. Still, shame, but can/can't blame understaffed store. Read moreOn 06/22, I ordered food from this location, and when it didn't arrive, I called to investigate. I was told that the order was never sent out and was given the option of a refund or redelivery. I chose to have the order remade and delivered. Almost an hour later, I called the location again to ask for a new tracking number so I could monitor the status of my order. However, the same employee informed me that the food was not remade because the delivery driver, Pablo, had assured him that the order was already out for delivery. Despite this, my order never arrived. When I asked to speak with the manager, I explained the situation in great detail. The manager explained that the delivery driver had difficulty locating the apartment numbers and delivered the food to whichever apartment he thought was correct. I pointed out that I had not received any communication from the store or the delivery driver. After waiting nearly two hours for my order, which I had been led to believe would arrive, I informed the manager that I planned to contact corporate.
