Dunkin' — Restaurant in Franklin

I'll be honest, the service here is generally petty good... With the exception of them constantly trying to hand me 3-5 coffees without a tray. Seems like common sense that 1 person isn't carrying all these coffees, but I digress. 2 or 3 times /wk I go through the drive-thru and get 2-6 coffees for the crew at work. Today I was greeted at the window by a young woman who said, "just so you know, we did this today because it's slow, but you can't come through the drive through and order this many coffees because it messes up our times" I told her I would be checking with corporate. I've already put in a call. My last job was an 11yr stint as a dunkin GM. Maybe the rules have changed, but based on my previous employment at a Dunkin, I told her straight out she was lying. Starbucks is actually closer to my current employer, I'm thinking it may be time...

This Dunkin always gets the coffee made perfectly & if they they’ll happily go remake it until they do. they’re always upbeat, happy & friendly! The employees are very willing to help as is management , they always try to do their best to serve you in a quick and timely manner while still giving amazing customer service! Oh and here’s the big one for everyone their coffee never taste burnt unlike certain other Dunkin’ Donuts in town. So if you want fresh unburnt delicious coffee served correctly and with a smile I would definitely try this Dunkin even if it’s a little out of your way to coffee is worth it and so are the donuts they always have French...

I stopped there with my grandkids and went through the drive thru. I knew it would be busy, but to be sitting at the window waiting for two donuts, an orange juice and a chocolate milk for 5 minutes was ridiculous. And then to see the lady at the window getting other peoples orders for donuts and that that was behind us just made me angry. And then when I saw the price and said wow, nine bucks for two donuts and orange juice, and a chocolate milk and she said yeah that’s the price I don’t make them in a rude manner just really got me upset. I will not go back there again. The service was lousy and the attitude...
