JamBox Sandwich Shop (Franklin) — Restaurant in Franklin

Quite possibly the best sandwich in the area. I’ve been here twice now. I was hesitant to post a review last time, ensuring what I experienced the first time was not a “one-hit wonder”. I’m just leaving my 2nd time there and could not wait to post. This place is amazing. 2 times, 2 different sandwiches. First time was The Californication. 2nd time was The Hero. Both were ordered based off recommendations from the gentleman behind the counter.

(Pausing for a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service. It’s seriously the best. Always polite, great suggestions, and passionate for good food.)

Back to it. The bread is so fresh. You can taste it immediately. The meats are perfectly portioned. The flavor from the ingredients they use smack your taste buds like a Mike Tyson right hook. I’ve never wanted to keep eating a sandwich so bad before. Both sandwiches were unique in their own rights, both were 10/10. I now see myself creating excuses to be in the area just to eat here. Man, oh man. Been waiting on a good sandwich shop to come to Franklin and this it! My family of three has been there three times in the past 10 days. We’ve had nine different sandwiches and every one of them are fantastic. Seriously.

Post Bologne - pilled high bologna sandwich with the Alabama white slaw is fantastic Califonication - pulled dark meat chicken is fantastic! Add spicy jalapeño slaw and you’ll have sauce dripping down your hands Cranberry Linger - fantastic sandwich with a little bit of cranberry jam on turkey that hits perfectly M-Chez wrap - felt like it weighed a solid pound and the ham and peach jam go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Seriously. Big sandwiches, phenomenal toppings, bread is great. Wraps are great. Not much more you can ask for in a sandwich shop. (They tell me that iced tea is on the way lol)

I don’t usually write reviews, but Jam Box deserves all the love. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with this modern retro vibe that’s somehow both nostalgic and completely fresh. It feels like stepping into a place you’ve always wanted to find—warm, welcoming, and full of character.

The real magic, though, is in the sandwiches. I’ve loved Tyler’s use of jam pairing with the creative sandwiches. It’s not just a gimmick—it’s the heart of what makes Jam Box special. Sweet meets savory in the best way possible, with flavors that surprise you and somehow still feel like comfort food.

Seeing this shop open up in Franklin is such a win for the community. It's clear that every detail, from the beautifully painted decor to the menu, it was created with love and intention.
