Me and my husband share a sandwich passion for its versatility so we have tried sandwiches together for yrs. From Franklin and surrounding towns to the Cape and in between. We also share a passion for the Italian and steak n cheese. Jersey Mike's (at least here) is a hit! Your staff is also amazing! I'm a part time third party delivery service and the staff in Franklin is on point not only for me professionally, but as a customer. I've encountered about 8 employees and everyone is curtious, professional, friendly and a complete pleasure to encounter. And the food is on point and made with care. I didn't get to eat here but I wanted to post that the staff was pretty knowledgeable about allergens. Their website was actually one of the better ones I've seen for listing ingredients. I have a severe rosemary allergy and the nice employee was able to explain to me fully the process on how it was used helped me avoid a cross contamination reaction during covid.. trying to avoid hospitals. They also thought out their covid response really well. They'll even let you wait in the car and bring out the order so you can chill there if it makes you feel more comfortable. Ordered an Italian sub. It’s was basically thinly sliced ham with a ridiculous amount of oil on it to the point I could barely eat it. It took me forever to get the oil off of my kitchen table. I am so angry right now I can’t see straight. To top it off I walked in and two very young punks behind the counter just stared at me. I saw my take out bag on the counter with my name on it. Grabbed it and walked out and neither of them said one word to me. I guess I can’t expect much from 16 year old punks who could care less. Way to go Jersey Mikes!!!.
