McDonald's — Restaurant in Franklin

Fortunately I knew what I wanted to order ahead of time. Unfortunately I ordered breakfast food in the middle of the afternoon so it took forever. Google requested that I rate my visit so othets will know what to expect. I rate 2stars because of the slow service and About a year ago McDonald's change all of there menu boards to these awful automated ones that change while your trying to read them. Had I not known what I wanted to order, I could've been in danger of an epileptic seizure just from trying to read the menu board that keeps flashing to the most expensive signature items sold at McDonalds and eventually it flashes back to all the other regular menu items, but you've got to pay really close attention to the flashing, so you don't miss when it finally gets to that particular menu board again and then you need to read it really really quickly before it changes on you again. What you can expect upon visiting McDonalds is to feel like you've just finished you college midterm reading assignment and also the mathematics midterm part, as there are hundreds of large useless numbers in the form of calories per sandwich listed after each sandwich, but sometimes you can even catch the smaller numbers which define the prices of each sandwich on your very first attempt of reading those awful flashing menus. Upon me entering the bathroom stall, the toilet was full of feces and when I tried to use the bottom of my shoe to flush the toilet, it wouldn't even flush. Then I almost slid hands first into the urinals when the bathroom floor was covered in the same grease used in the frying machines. Somehow I rate a 2star instead of 1star, because there are actually worse places I've been to in...

The workers were great and knew what they were doing I got my food within a few minutes… I ordered a frappe and this old lady handed it to me I asked for no whipped cream but she put whipped cream on it, I told her I ordered it no whipped cream and she got all hostile and told me I can take it off myself then walked away, this other lady came up to the counter to ask what was wrong and I told her what happened she apologized and re made the frappe no problem her attitude was amazing just like all the other workers in there. The way that I seen the older woman interact with the other workers and even customers isn’t right I feel like if she can’t take a simple question she shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry because I was welcomed in with smiles from everyone but it got shut down because I asked the older woman for no whipped cream. This is not the only instance I came one morning early and it was pretty busy I had been waiting for a while and asked the older woman how long until my order would be out and she told me to wait it’s coming rolled her eyes then walked away I said okay and just stood there. The older woman had red/orange hair and this neon green...

I didn't even want to give one damn star. This Mcdonald's is so incompetent and pathetic. Cant get an order right to save their soul. I have not met someone there with a decent IQ. I called tonight to see if the ice cream machine was running and i was rudely greeted on the phone with "mcdonalds" . No hello, no how may i help you... just simply rude. So, I take my trip there to be talked to again by the same rude female. I pull up to window two and asked for extra fudge since there is no more strawberry topping. She proceeded to tell me "no this is how it comes and i have no way to charge you for extra so here you go". Then closed the window on my face. She fails to know I unfortunately used to work at this terrible establishment and I know for a fact you can cancel out an order and ring up a new one. Guess that would require work though huh.. By far the WORST Mcdonalds I've ever been to and i plan on complaining to a manager every single time i go IF i ever go back. If you want a pleasant experience, i guarantee you every other place would be better because it cant get any worse than this place. Sad excuse...
