Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Franklin

After previous bad experiences, I decided to give Pizza Hut another try. I placed my order online and then noticed that there was a statement that they only were doing carryout orders that day. I tried to find another Pizza Hut nearby and, although there were several, I couldn't place an online order through them. So, I called the first PH to make sure they were only doing carryout. I was told that instead they were only doing delivery and that I could place my order through the phone. After trying to do so, it became clear that any "deals" could only be gotten by ordering online, so I told the person that's what I'd rather do. I went back out and redid my original order and sent it in. About an hour later, my pizza still hadn't arrived, so I called and was told that they were only doing carryout orders and that the order I had submitted online was actually scheduled to be delivered the next day. After some discussion, I told PH to cancel my order for the next day. Needless to say, I was very frustrated by the whole situation. Then, the next day (yesterday), I came home to a message from PH that they didn't have any drivers, so I could only get my delivery order (which I had cancelled the day before) by doing carryout. Like I said, this is not the first time there have been issues with this PH. I love your pizza, but your customer...

Yesterday 12/21/2016 i order 2 pizza and 12 piece wings. I order it at 4:00pm Then after i receive an email with my receipt and that it would be ready at 4:15pm i got their at 4:18pm. I come and and said to wait i was waiting for 15 min then the lady tells me what can i help you with i told her i came for a pickup she roll her eyes at me and said name i told her my name, then said i don't see anything here . I told her i have the order nimber she said i don't need i look at her and said well i need my pizza. And anorther lady came and said what is going on, i told her everything again. And she look up my name and said the order was ready and i look at the other lady and said i taught you couldn't find it and she said im sorry . Not only this but she said that the pizza wore ready but the wings woren't so i waited for 15-30min for my wings . And the funny things was that the lady had my wings she was just hiding them and putting a delay. On them . I was so mad never ever am i ordering again in this crap place. I can't believe it took me 2 hrs after my order just to get 2 pizza...

I ordered delivery a couple months ago. A door dasher brought it to me but it was a completely wrong order. He said there was nothing he could do about it and that I should call the restaurant.

I called and talked to a manager and she said she didn’t have any delivery drivers to bring me the correct order so I was stuck with the wrong order and she would give me a credit attached to my phone number.

The next month I ordered again and the door dasher didn’t bring my drink. He told me to call the restaurant. When I did, they said they’d credit my account again.

Last week I called to use my credits and the guy on the phone said he didn’t see any credits attached to my phone number.

Horrible service so we’re done...
