Starbucks — Restaurant in Franklin

I had a very unpleasant experience this morning. I had finished shopping, and went for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I ordered the bacon and cheddar sandwich, and received one with turkey bacon and a white cheese, when I told the cashier kindly (as I am pregnant and cannot bear to eat turkey bacon right now) he argued with me saying it was the correct one, and the when I showed him the cheese and meat was wrong, he then said “well that’s like the most expensive one on the menu and yours was half the price so idk what to do about it.” I showed him that it was a 20 cent difference and I’d happily pull out some coins from my purse, and he told me couldn’t change it on the computer and that doesn’t help him. I told him that was not my fault, and said he could refund me if that would make his life easier. He huffed at me and said aggressively “I’ll just make it!” Then tossed it towards me when it was made. He also made me throw the first sandwich away… instead of doing it himself. Each time I've gone into the Starbucks here, there's been the same extremely rude server, female with blonde hair. She has had an unnecessarily rude attitude towards me. Specifically today I was there ordering just a cake pop, she was curt and short with me explaining the one's available when I asked for the pink one. She has 0 hospitality skills, no thank you's and seems like she just hates her job overall. Last time I was there ordering coffee and the same girl was there and I experienced the same exact thing. She got my order wrong but I didn't bother correcting her as the coffees were...

Much better now! I don't know if the manager's have changed, or what, but the girl working right now (Megan) is awesome!

I've never been impressed with this place, but the girl that waited on me had no customer service skills whatsoever. She walked away from me in the middle of me telling her what I wanted, then of course got the order wrong. I'm not hard to please, either. Needless to say, there are enough Starbucks around that I'll go somewhere else from now on. Supervisors need to get that place...
