Taco Bell — Restaurant in Franklin

I went around 2 P.M. or so 2/3/2017 and they were much busier than I expected. I intentionally went at this time because I knew majority of schools in the area start getting about around 2:30 P.M. so I wanted to beat the after school snack crowd. I got there and the line was to the road, it sounds bad but the parking lot is not constructed well with entrances which I think makes the line look worse than it is (note: this is not the people who work inside the restaurant's fault). They filled orders pretty quickly but my order consisted of the breadsticks from their partnership with Pizza Hut so when I got to the window they said it would be a few minutes and asked if I would pull around to the front door and they would run it out to me. They handed me part of my meal which was the Cinnabon Delights and they were amazing! I snacked on those but ten minutes had gone by and no one had come out. I got out of my car and went inside thinking maybe they forgot what car I was in or something. I go inside and you can see the look on all of their faces, they just had a rush they really had not expected which I agreed with because that was the time I had chosen to go for that reason. I told the cashier about my order and that I had been waiting on breadsticks for 10-15 minutes. I said it very snarky which he nor the girl beside him deserved. He said he was so sorry for my wait, the breadsticks were coming out right at that moment and he offered a free cinnamon twist while I waited. He was so friendly and so eager to help someone that just gave him attitude when it wasn't even his fault. Even the ones who were "at fault" said they were sorry for the delay and they threw in a free dessert for my trouble which I honestly didn't deserve giving them attitude. I read some of these reviews and I am sure some are true on certain nights because let's be honest no one has had a perfect night in business, but the midday crew today was on point, very friendly, and...

Food was great, service was extremely nice and beyond kind, and guess what I even got my order extremely quick. I'm from out of town and just passing threw. Read the reviews and the amazing thing is everyone was complaining about the speed not the quality of food so I came anyway. On my way it hit me the only people upset are the ones in the drive thru . So let's think about this, if you order a taco and the two cars in front of you order pizzas that they are other of your not getting you food anytime soon. Its nit like hey can spawn your car infront of everyone just because yours is done and the lizzas arent. So naturally I pulled in and the drive threw was packed to the street. So I parked my car, got off my lazy butt and walked inside. To my surlrise the entire place was empty. So i ordered a pepperoni pizza meal and a 5 layer burrito to go and darn near got it before I got my change. Walked out side, set in my car and had almost all of it ate before the car I would have been behind even made it to the window. So here is an idea. How about instead of being so self centered, childish, and just flat out lazy why don't you use some common sense think about what the true problem is and fix it yourself for not one person went inside why I was there but yet you all sit in a line that's backed out to the road and then wonder why your waiting. Then you complain about it and cry when it's your fault for its not just a taco bell people, pizzas don't cook themselves... This place doesn't deserve the rating it has but instead the people do for being so lazy it makes me sick. This country has got so lazy and self centered...

All the hoopla about this newly renovated Cool Springs location from a year ago and how clean it is and how nice the people are is over because the food is horrible. This location needs a new manager and some Quality Control and serious training for their employees on how to properly cook and wrap their food. If you like rancid food this is the place for you. I took one bite out of my Mexican pizza and chucked it straight into the trash. Had to brush my tongue for 5 minutes to get that rancid taste out of my mouth. That was a month ago. Decided to try this location again because it is close to my home and I really wanted to try the "new" Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco. Went at 11:30 a.m. and there was one car in front of me. They were not busy at all. Ordered the combo box. Got home and picked up the dipping taco and it literally fell over my hand limp and wet. Not the hard crunchy taco that is advertised everywhere. It was a gloopy greasy glob of wet mush. The Chalupa Supreme was not even cooked!!! It was an unfried doughy shell with some unrecognizable stuff inside. The burrito was a joke. Looked like a 4-inch flat mushy pancake. They have also shrunk the size of their food. Total rip-off. They know they are putting out horrible food and they simply do not care. I will never go to this...
