Update The staff are generally friendly and the location is very convenient, easy parking, and generally pretty clean. I still will generally get my order wrong, but its cooked and prepared well.
Old Review
The floor is slippery as if it was greased. My order is almost never right, and most recently my order was sent out with someone else, only for me to wait for them to make it completely wrong. Also, avoid the chicken sandwiches. They're never cooked right.
The one redeeming quality is the staff is typically quite friendly. I think they are just not in sync right now, and are overwhelmed because of that. I think if they could send someone to smooth things out and help sync the employees, it will be considerably easier for them to get orders out on time and with the correct orders.
Everyone there has good potential. Just needs to be refined. I will easily give this place more stars once they...
Read moreToday, I waited ten minutes for the 2 people in front of me to order. I was asked to wait when I got to the speaker - told "I'll be right with you." It was another TEN minutes before my order was taken! And the "sorry about that" was as if it had only been 30 seconds. Ten minutes is NOT "right with you." I don't care how much the people in front of me ordered... I have worked in fast food and that would have been totally unacceptable. I also had to ask for the receipt, it was not automatically given nor even offered. Orders in the past have missed items, fries are consistently cold and/or unsalted, and I can confidently say that I have not been asked if I want my receipt in my last ten visits. This USED to be a good Wendy's. I would no longer call it that to anyone. Edit: The speed of service has improved, but the customer...
Read moreThe lady at drive through felt the need to teach me manners, because saying “sorry! I don’t have a straw!” Wasn’t good enough (I had said it in a friendly tone too lol). Told me to not be rude and instead say “excuse me, can I have a straw please?” I thought this was rich coming from the person who didn’t say a word to me upon giving me my order. And no, I wasn’t rude when she tried to correct me. I apologized and clarified my wording incase I was misheard. I’m ALL FOR training customers to be kind back, but be so for real. If you’re going to ask for manners (even when they’re already given) at least have the decency to...
