This is going to be the most important review I'll ever make, and I don't do them very often. Let me preface this by saying I'm 7 months pregnant and consider myself a bit of a food connoisseur at this point in my life. I'm about to be moving out of the area tomorrow and I made it a point to get one last dominos order before I left. It's by the far the best pizza you can get around here, yes, I'm including sit down establishments and other chains (like Jets, ew). Its so underrecognized and I don't understand why! The food is always so good, cooked perfectly, cheese is plentiful, with so many different options. And there are always coupons! Unlike other places, they don't try to hide them. Don't sleep on their rewards either. I don't even order that often, and today I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza, a 16pc parmeaean bread bite, and 2 sauces for 8 dollars due to my rewards- AND it was delivered to my door in less than 20 minutes after placing it. You just can't get that kind of a deal or speed from anywhere else. If you like thin crust, they have the perfect kind. It's not doughy like other places but also not like cardboard. And unlike other places, they don't skimp on the cheese with the thins. My favorite pizza to get is a thin crust with Alfredo sauce and pepperoni/pineapple. Seriously try it, it's so good. Other notable favorites are their bread bites/twists with the melted cheese dips AHHH, and the marble brownie cookie for dessert- It's better than any other places sides or desserts. Get your pasta in a bread bowl, you won't regret it. I don't really do subs or salads so can't say anything about those. But I've honestly never been disappointed with anything I've ordered, they are always consistent, quick, and the food is always HOT when it arrives. And with the economy the way that it is, I'll definetly choose the place that gives you free food basically every other order. I don't see anywhere else doing that much for their customers. I'll be sad to be moving away from this location, I can only hope the next place does it as well as them. Thank you for the good food, Dominos, you've made a pregnant woman very happy. It's been real.
Oh and I haven't had any issue with delivery drivers stealing my wifi 😂 (guy below,...
Read moreWe do love our Domino's. The flavor is good and the toppings are fresh and not diced up little pieces you can barely taste. Most times it's made the way we like it. And I don't really expect a whole lot out of a walk in carry out pizza place except for the pizza to tasty and be made exactly the way I order it. Makes sense to me. Why Domino's chooses to cut thin crust pizza into squares I have no idea. Pizza is always supposed to be cut like a pie. Thats why its called Pizza Pie! It should always be cut that way to begin with unless the customer asks for it to be cut in squares so that should be a choice in the app menu choices. Cut like a pie should not be a choice, it should be automatic. No question. Just because somebody orders a thin crust does not mean they have a party going on and need it for snacks cut up in little tiny squares. Also more than once we have ordered extra sauce and literally got none or next to no sauce! Also as another reviewer mentioned the pasta servings are very often burnt. That's not a thing so pasta should never be crispy. Because of this I have pretty much stopped ordering any pasta. On top of that, the serving is so small that I'm still hungry when I finish it. For how cheap it is to make Pasta and it's toppings. There's no reason to skimp on a serving of pasta. I'm sure they could put double in the container that is floating around in and not lose a dime. That being said, I think the employees probably take a lot of flack from the customers because of poor corporate decisions which is not fair. Still when paying on the checkout kiosk it asks for a tip which means the order should be made exactly correct. I'm sure when they put the lid on the Pasta they can see if it's burnt or not which means no...
Read moreIn short, the service here was poor. I can see why the ratings are what they are for this location. Let me say that I had just been to a Domino’s two weeks ago in another city and the experience was completely different. This location, hung up on me twice before accepting my call the third time. Was I frustrated? Sure. But when I mentioned how relieved I was to finally not be hung up on that third call, the woman who answered vehemently denied any such actions. I heard the calls end, my boyfriend did as well, what’s the point in further worsening the customer journey? When I show up, they are already late by about 10 minutes (despite giving ample 25-30min quoted time & my pizza was only a size medium). I was curious to see the rude lady from the phone call, maybe even exchange a few choice words, but I felt nothing but pity for this middle aged woman still working a job for teenagers. When someone finally presents my pizza, I inquired about the packets. He looked at me as if I were speaking Mandarin. I say that I wanted the packets of crushed red pepper and Parmesan to adorn my pizza. He was incredibly clueless and proceeded to say he’s never heard of that. I literally google the images of these Domino’s packets to show him because I just had them with my meal last week. He merely nods and walks away, presumably to ask a colleague or inquiring about where to find those packets at their location. Wrong. He continues working on building another pizza!! I asked him again and he merely said sorry for not having the food. Piss poor service and I’d only go here as a...
