Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fraser

I don’t leave too many negative reviews, but this location is terrible. I ordered food w/ a large side of nacho fries, went through the drive-thru, cashier was very nice and polite, I got my order drove away (ppl were behind me& didn’t want to hold up line) noticed that they gave me a small fry instead of a large, not just that, but the small fry literally had 6 fries in the container, so I went in to the store just to let them know I had the wrong size. Cashier again was very polite and let the worker know that they gave me the wrong sized item

He came back said I’m so sorry here you go, open the bag it was another small fry with very few fries in it again, the guy at the register was very nice and said oh my gosh I don’t know what’s happening back there I’ll be right back…. he’s telling the female line worker that she keeps giving me the wrong size and she yells out “I don’t give a shit what she says, she got 2 smalls” Which the cashier again was like that’s not how we do things here they ordered a large they need to get a large, and she just kept saying how she doesn’t give a shit. The cashier was stunned that she won’t give me what I ordered, and she’s arguing with her coworker in front of customers, he looks at me and says I am so sorry and I said you know what I won’t be back to this location she’s very unprofessional and I am calling the corporate store. Which I did. So whichever female line worker was working making the food for drive-through February 25th at 11:50 AM, you are very rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be in customer service. Today was the first day I have ever in my life called corporate on a restaurant

Edit: my daughter worked till 730p today (Tuesday) and as much as I didn’t wanna go to this location, this location is around the block from her job & she wanted Taco Bell. The guy at the window…. Super super nice! Got the food, made sure we had the right number of tacos etc, made it home (12 min away) and we go to eat I paid an extra $3 for avocado ranch on the steak taco…. None of them had it! The street chalupa comes with a sauce on it, no sauce on that either it was so dry without the sauce, I told my daughter don’t ask ever again to come to this location! I’m only giving 1 star because 0 was not an option. I try my luck at this Taco Bell often as it’s one of the few places open by the time I get off work. Usually I’m ready to be disappointed and just hope for the best, but tonight I have decided I will never give this establishment another penny. I ordered a quesadilla (which is already overpriced at $5.49) paid $1 for a cup of sour cream and $1 for a cup of avocado ranch. I get home and realize that I have a raw tortilla with shredded cheese, which is ice cold to the touch. I call to ask if the quesadillas are premade and refrigerated (because I am still giving them the benefit of the doubt) and the employee then tells me that their equipment is broken and there is nothing that they could do about it. I told him that they should warn customers that they cannot make quesadillas and he said, “the problem is we would have to tell every customer,” truly a pathetic response. I am now out of $7.49 because an employee decided it was too difficult to tell me my food couldn’t be prepared properly. After countless horrible experiences at this establishment I will not be returning or giving them the money I work...

I thought this was the best location when it was newer. My last 2 visits changed my view. Christian J(on receipt) took my order & told me to pull around without giving the total. When I pulled up she just looked at me. I asked what’s the total and she looked puzzled. She told me, took my cash & closed the window. She came back with my change & closed the window. When she gave me my order she had her head turned telling someone what she wasn’t going to do and closed the window. I had enough by then. I tapped on the window to tell her she NEVER addressed me once & had I not asked the price she wouldn’t have said ONE WORD to me! UNACCEPTABLE!!
