When it comes down to it there really isnât anything more timeless in the American restaurant landscape than the classic burger joint. No matter what tragedies befall the food industry, these iconic locations live on. Beef n Buns n Paradise is no exception to this phenomenon. For years this mom and pop burger shop has kept the hungry mouths of Frederick well fed, but just how well does it hold up to this day? Letâs dive in and find out! One thing I love about this place right off the bat is the decor and atmosphere. Itâs almost as if this place was airlifted off of a coastal town in North Carolina and dropped right into the middle of Frederick. Itâs old school with its window order, outdoor seating only layout yet the colorful, tropical decor takes you away to a place far from where you stand, I love it! Beyond the fun atmosphere, itâs the food that stands out the most. I ordered their signature âMammoth Burgerâ with fries along with a cotton candy milkshake. WOW! Absolutely delicious all the way down to the last bite. The burger was cooked exactly how I asked and was so tender and juicy. A great side of fries that can stand above their competitors made great company with my burger. The star of this show really just may have been the milkshake. Iâd go as far to say that Beef n Buns n Paradise? Best milkshakes in all of Frederick! Staff was friendly, parking was fine, all in all a fantastic experience! In an age where burgers have shifted into experimental territory like bacon infused buns and PB&J burgers; Beef n Buns proves that sometimes all you need is a mastery of the fundamentals. A great trip to a great establishment, I look forward to more visits in the years to come!

Read moreI am only giving this two stars because the onion rings were quite good and taste like they are truly homemade. Otherwise, less than one star would be warranted here. The food was greasy as heck and just plain ghastly and the service was incredibly surly. At the front counter, the person I ordered from kept pretending like she couldnât hear me because I was wearing a mask and clearly that didnât sit well with her in these quasi post-Covid times Also, literally, if you ask for a cup of water from the person who brings you your food to the outside door, you are told that you have to go back inside to the front counter and order it because once they have given you your food to eat outside, they apparently refuse to have anything else to do with you. And the grilled cheese sandwich, what a joke. The bread was really thick, and it seemed at first to be well-grilled, but when I opened it up, if they possibly had put one slice of cheese at all in there, it had mostly dissolved or oozed out when they griddled it because the majority of the sandwich was just bread with a couple of smears of orange grease. There literally was no cheese in the grilled cheese sandwich, but maybe if they actually started with more than one slice there might have been some left once they finished grilling it! I advise everyone to stay away from this place, unless you are really desperate while you are passing through Frederick Maryland, and nothing...

Beef âN Buns âN Paradise is one of those hidden gems that feels like summer. This fast casual burger and hot dog stand is walk-up only, with outdoor seating and a handful of parking spots (which fill up quickly during peak times). You order at the window from a huge menu and wait for your name to be called over the loudspeaker.
We tried a few of their hot dogs, the Chicago Dog and the Chili Nacho Cheese Dog and both were awesome. The dogs were snappy, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. We also grabbed the double patty melt, which was superlative. The patties were juicy, the rye bread was perfectly griddled, and the whole thing just hit. The onion rings deserve their own shoutout too, crispy, hand-breaded, and the perfect side item.
And of course, we had to finish with dessert. We got vanilla soft serve cones with black cherry flavor burst on one and coffee on the other. Super tasty and the perfect ending.
The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size. Itâs exactly the kind of place you want to hit up on a sunny weekend or for a casual...
