Brown's Liquors and Deli — Restaurant in Frederick

I have loved this store since I’ve been coming to it in 2017. I loved the older woman who used to own it. I can’t say the same for the new owners. All the prices have sky rocketed, they jacked up the price in everything and took away half their drink selections to accommodate more room for alcohol. It’s a shame they ruined what once was an amazing store. All the other workers are amazing and dedicated I just can’t get to the level the new owners are at. I forgot my debit card with my wife this morning and the original owner would help me out and let me come back after my work shift to pay for it. Not the new owner. An employee offered to pay for my drink but I politely declined. In fact he said something disrespectful to the employee who offered to pay for my drink. I won’t be coming here anymore. Sheetz is better priced anyways. I’ve spent 1000s of dollars at this store it’s too bad they lost a customer of 5 years...

Today I ordered a pulled pork with slaw on my sandwich, I asked when I ordered it if the slaw comes on the sandwich or on the side and the lady claimed she understood my order. Then when they gave it to me it was on the side & I said "it's supposed to be on the sandwich" the other lady replied, "well we don't do it that way anymore." Really? Then why did take my order for it on the sandwich and why does it now cost $5 more than it ever did before? The service is not good now, it's not hard to fulfill a simple order they just don't want to do it for you or correct it when you say something to them. Browns jus wasted 25 mins of my time I ordered two subs and they gave my subs to two different people in the lobby while I ordered before them, then the guy asks what I’m waiting for I told him two subs Then they try to give me the subs that’s been passed around .
