Went to the location at the 7th Street Shopping Center in Frederick, MD. Craig took my order. I was told it would be 10-12 minutes until our two medium pizzas were ready. My wife and I waited in the car for fifteen minutes before I went back in. The pizzas were ready, but the staff seemed intent on ignoring me. When one of the women preparing a sandwich finally looked up, I said I was there to pick up two pizzas. She promptly went back to ignoring me. As I continued to wait, the other woman made occasional eye contact, but continued ignoring me. At one point, another couple who were being similarly ignored interrupted the first woman and asked if they could pay. She rang him up, but returned to ignoring me. All the while, Craig - whose hat said "Jack's" - was doing random kitchen related things, but never once looked up. Keep in mind, I had already paid and gave a 20% tip. All anyone needed to do was hand me the two pizzas that were just getting cold. I spent ten minutes being ignored by Craig and his staff. Finally, the woman I had already informed that I was here for two pizzas looked up and asked if I needed help. I repeated myself. She gave me the pizzas and thanked me and I left. The pizzas were fine apart from no longer being hot. This is not fine dining or haute cuisine. It's Jerry's - i.e. fast-food. I don't have unrealistic expectations. Edit to add: First, let me tell you I've been a store manager for multiple other restaurants, I know what to look for in terms of food safety. I did approach your staff, both times, the first time they went ahead and cleaned the nozzles after I asked them to, the second time we got a lackluster apology for the hair in my food and your manager on duty didn't know how to properly process a refund. The debris in every corner of the dining area also tells me that cleanliness is not as high a priority to your staff as you say. I get the pizza, as soon as I picked up a piece literally everything fell off and it was all dough. I asked them if they could cook it more cause this is not right. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO ORDER ANOTHER PIZZA. No apology, no discount, just rude customer service because I brought up the pizza was horrible. The first time I came here it was just as bad.
