McDonald's — Restaurant in Frederick

I tried this location recently and would not go back. For atmosphere, new places always look new, time will tell if they maintain it.

By definition fastfood should be fast, they were not. I used the drive through and ordered the new spicy McChicken, with a large fry, large coke, also a second small fry and chocolate milk for my child. About 13 dollars.

I happened to notice what the person in front ordered, their order was 45 dollars with multiple nugget meals. They pulled to the first pick up window, then the second. After I got my drinks I was told to pull to the second window, had to wait about a minute for the first person to leave.

I then waited at least about 15 minutes watching ten plus cars pull up to window 1 get food and drinks, and leave. I finally honked my horn and a minute later someone that looked like a lead or manager brought my food. No explanation was given. I asked why it took so long because I watched 10 plus cars go by. In the most monotone fastfood voice she said " sorry it takes 9 minutes to cook the McChicken". I said no one told me it was going to take 9 minutes to make a McChicken, she just stared and said oh........... sorry......... For whatever reason a 15 minute wait in a drive through is normal and acceptable for them, because it being an issue did not seem to register.

The food was hot. Which was the only reason I gave it 2 stars, they got one thing right. The sandwich is just a piss pour #chickfila copycat. Same style chicken, three pickle chips, and similar bun with mediocre buffalo style sauce added in, they even copied the foil container. You know #mcdonalds, it's #thelittlethings that matter most. Good original food served in a timely manner.

If you want a mediocre #chickfila knock off, don't mind wasting gas, and have too much time in your day that you just cannot figure out how to waste. Boy do I have a spot for you. Otherwise there are at least 4 fastfood places(wen,bk,tb,rr), a couple fast restaurants and two gas stations that all serve better food, faster. All within about 4 minutes of...

I had a very bad Labor Day weekend and this Monday night all I wanted was a Oreo McFlurry. So knowing what McDonald is I called and asked if there icecream machine was working. And the boy on the phone said no very rudely. I still went to McDonalds in my cheetah pjs to see because they are liars. I get to the window and said “may I have a Oreo McFlurry” and the man on the other side anything else i said “ and a small ice cream “ he tells me “ we have no ice cream” I said to him “so how are you gunna make the McFlurry with out icecream” he says “pull to the window” i giggled i laughed it was funny. He gives me my Oreo McFlurry and I wait to get home to eat it cause I’m lady like very demure. And it was not mixed. I had to mix my McFlurry and it was not very nice barely any Oreo on top. So now I’m sitting here in my cheetah pjs writing this crying eating my very purely made Oreo McFlurry alone on...

Horrible customer service, second time there. First time, it wasn’t busy but I had to wait a while. A worker looked at me a few times walking in and out of the kitchen. Finally told me it will be a while because they have to make my order. Never once acknowledged me and wasn’t friendly. Second time, still no one greet us at. It was the drive thru this time, they looked grumpy. The first window handed me our drinks, never saying a word then shut the window. We sat waiting a little then he finally came back and told me to pull up to the next window for our food. Also more waiting and no one telling us what’s going on! And the location is small and looks more like a take out restaurant, almost like they don’t...
