Made 2 orders online. Got there around 5:16pm only 1 was ready though both should have been since 5:16was the promised time for order #2. I was asked to park and they’d bring my food to me. 5, 10, 15 min went by and I went in. I asked the cashier 2x about my order. I should have asked the people at Dunkin next door because it was like talking to a wall. I had to ask for a manager twice. I got “the chicken is cooking”. Like did they have to kill it and pluck it first. There were no apologies. I even asked for a refund and it was like I never said a word. Just everyone walking around like there wasn’t a lobby full of people and at least 1 of them that had been waiting forever, like me. Not even an acknowledgement that I had been standing and waiting for my order for so long. The order: 2 2pc chicken with 2 small mashed potatoes and gravy. Difficult right? And I placed the same exact order separately, back to back.I walked out of there at 5:49. 30 minutes for such a simple order but they were rolling drive through orders out like clockwork.And packing orders to let them sit for customers that obviously weren’t there to pick up. Never again. I’ve never had such horrible service from this location. And they are the closest to work/home. I know places are not letting you sit down inside to eat, but I had went to the front door to ask if I can pick up an online order and was told that I needed to wait in the drive thru lane. If you ask me this completely defeats the purpose of an online order system when you're still waiting on line 20 minutes! They had 3 workers Manning the door instead of helping inside when the place was clearly busy! Then I had to tell the lady at the window I had an online order, because she didn't remember I had mentioned it at the speaker and she didn't have a drink ready with my order. I got home and I had only recieved half of my order.... But they had also given me someone else's entire order! Only reason I gave them two stars was the food I did get was decent, but this place is a mess during quarentine,if you ask me, it's not worth the wait! They should atleast open the inside for pick up orders to avoid...

I spoke to all 4 front line staff, asking multiple times where my order was - only to be have them walk away without providing an answer. I watched multiple people walk in and use the drive through and receive chicken before me. After asking for a refund I was told I had to call the corporate number and if I wanted the order filled, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The manager said it was filled and given to someone else. And this is why I asked someone to check multiple times. Better yet - when you call the corporate “call center” to get a refund, you’re placed on hold forever. KFC - you will get no more of my time or business. I’ve never seen so many people in a fast food restaurant upset and waiting on orders. New management and trained staff are sorely needed. I can’t image how much business...
