Paid for 90 min couples massage in February for me and fiance for valentine's day. Was given and apt April 3 as thats the earliest apt. On april 2nd they called me and said they had to reschedule me to 330 with will. I said what about pam and she said oh pam cancelled....no she didn't. ..yes we sent an email to her...we looked on her phone and they did not..they must have sent to someone else. i asked for a refund she said normally we don't but ill make an exception for you....now pam upset and i look like jerk for valentines day.
