Yummy food but the experience could be better!

We came for lunch and there were 4 employees currently working. It was our first time coming in so we needed a minute to look at the menu. The employees were up front having very loud personal discussions and goofing off a little so it was hard to concentrate on reading the menu. The employee who took our order was nice but did not have good customer service skills, seeming to have little energy. We were not given our cups for the drinks at first so we had to go up and ask. We sat down at a dirty table because it seemed like all of them were either sticky, had food crumbs, or had trash. The floors also had quite a bit of crumbs, and the ceilings had water stained tiles so waiting for our food, we saw a lot of cleaning opportunities. We were the only customers in the store and the 4 employees were continuing to have loud personal conversations and goofing off. We were hoping during that time they would at least maintain the cleanliness of the store. They even had time to check their phone, go out to their cars several times and fill up drinks from the machine.

The food took about 10 minutes which was a little slow, but the two subs we ordered looked really good, were hot and fresh, and tasted amazing. The pickles on the other hand were very watered down tasting and did not taste fresh. Luckily the sandwiches made up for that. The meat ball sub was definitely worth it and one of the best in the area.

Overall, I would say I will most likely come back to this location, but I would love to see improvements in the customer service and general cleanliness...

I love the subs and I have never had a problem at this previous location. So I was sorely disappointed today. Upon making my order as one of the subs I requested to have the lest amount sauce for the meatball sub. My SO doesn't like a lot of sauce nor does it taste good when it is soggy. I drove an hour to town for this. I reminded the cashier of my request and he told the girl making my sub. I stood to the side watching the sub being made. The girl making the sub was putting way to much sauce and told her that there was too much sauce on the bread. She yelled at me to something the tune of "I know!" I was immensely surprised that I was being treated like this. While the rest of my order was being made she was making snide remark's her coworkers and making sure I could not see her name on her shirt. After my order was done I asked to talk to the manager. I informed the manager (TY) of what took place and even apologize to the girl if I had come across wrong. The girl said, "so what? I don't care!" with all of the body language and rude tone of voice to go with it. The manager just stood there and let her talk to me like that without saying a word. My order was still messed up and my kids never even got the rice crispy treats for their kid combo. Almost $35 to be absolutely ridicule, disrespected, and the so-called manager who stood there. Went to this location today ordered two large salad ask for one extra peppercorn ranch dressing. The manager, Trevor states to me sure you can have it that’s fine you can have an extra one. I also agreed to pay him for it if need be.. As I get my salad, he tells me no can’t give it to you now we don’t have the extras to give out if out would’ve known that I would’ve never gotten salad because the salad are too big for the little bit amount of dressing that they give you. So when I spoke to Trevor about it, he was very nasty. I asked up for corporate cycle. I don’t care about corporate Trevor state I’ll call corporate for you Trevor goes on the state I’m not gonna go back-and-forth with you about no ranch dressing he wasn’t very nasty and I’ve never had that type of experience with a firehouse person in my life. I’ve been going to firehouse for years so worst experience I’ve ever had the worst.. $20 for two salad and I can get but two Mall container of salad dressing that is insane.
