The managers, Andy and Angela, exhibit a lack of respect. During my visit, I overheard multiple complaints from customers, and the quality of the food was inconsistent. I requested a refund; however, Angela was uncooperative regarding the issuance of cash back. I paid ten dollars by card and the remaining amount in cash, but she insisted that I reallocate the entire amount to my card. Additionally, it appeared that her friends or family members received free meals, despite appearing irritated and speaking about customers within the lobby. This experience reflects poor management, and it will be the last time I choose to visit this establishment. Furthermore, when customers return food, it is improperly reintroduced with the rest of the chicken, which should be discarded. The store environment appears unclean, and the management’s neglect contributes to the business’s decline. It seems they are aware of staffing shortages but do not seem concerned, possibly due to financial reasons. Read moreI bought a bucket family meal yesterday and was given the original recipe for all the chicken. We hate original. I asked for extra crispy. Then today, I ordeted a 2 peice extra crispy and checked it in the parking lot. It was original formula again which I hate the taste of and didnt order! I went back and told them. It took forever but they came back with a new meal. I parked once again in the parking lot to check it. The wing was okay but the breast was full of original recipe batter! Not crisply. Both were very greasy and batter falling off the chicken. Earlier this week I had a great extra crispy meal. What happened? I won't go back. I am sure the guy picks off the batter best he can and rebatters with the crispy batter so you have both on it and chicken is darker fried since it was fried twice and why its so greasy and batter falling off completely. Read moreLate Jul '18, used the drive-thru, and ordered qty 2, 2 piece meals, AND paid more for white meat. Got home, both orders were wrong...no white meat. Called and spoke w/mgr. She said to bring both meals back and I would be reimbursed. Drove 15 mins one way, and gave the mgr both meals minus 2 sides, that my son ate. The mgr gave me 2 boxes...1 was a full meal, and the other box DID NOT HAVE 2 SIDES. She said she was not going to provide 2 sides. WTH...I told her, that you...KFC... made the mistake, and I'm having to drive 30 minutes RT, wasting my time and gas money to correct YOUR mistake, and you won't provide 2 sides. She said since you ate the sides, you do not deserve 2 new sides. I then asked for the number of her supervisor. Immediately called this person, and got a recording stating leave your name and number. 5 business have now passed, and still no return call. Called the KFC toll free number on 6 Aug, to file a complaint. Was told someone would be contacting me....
