Citi Trends — Local services in Fredericksburg

There are several fitting rooms that customers are not welcome to use. There are offensive signs that exclaim something to the effect of don’t try it exchange it.

I stopped by during a last minute back to school haul. My family drove nearly an hour to this area. When I inquired about return bs exchange, an employee while chewing gum or food muttered the return policy. I simply placed the dozen or so pieces in my hand down and walked out.

I understand this may be a loss prevention method, but it’s a poor practice. I will never go back and share my experience with anyone that will listen. They should revisit the eir policy or close down.

I got to this location a little early and patiently waited outside until 10 o’clock. At 10 o’clock I walk up to the door to go inside to go buy some clothes and the door is still locked. Instead of the employee opening the door and letting me know that they are open she acts like a weirdo and watches me walk all the way back to my car and then wants to stare me down as I drive off. Citi Trends is probably one of my favorite stores to go to. They sometimes have brand named goods and its always priced much better than if you were to go to a store in the mall. I love all the clothes they have, and I've never had a bad experience. Also their customer service is really good all the employees are nice and will help you if you needed without any attitudes. I would give this 10 stars...
