Valerie is a wonderful esthetician! I was so happy to hear she was re-opening after being forced to close down last year due to pandemic restrictions. Her space is very clean, relaxing, and easy to get to. She listens to her clients skincare concerns so that she can identify the best treatments for them and their skin type. I wanted some help with a dull complexion and over the counter treatments just weren’t cutting it. At Dermalessence, Valerie applied a natural enzyme treatment (that smelled like chocolate!) that she followed with a mask (I can’t remember what it did...but it smelled delicious, too!). The light upper back and arm massages as the treatments did their thing was very nice, too. We also added a lip treatment after I mentioned how dry my lips had been even with all the lip balm I use. Later that day I was glancing in the bathroom mirror as I washed my hands and was like, wow! My skin looks amazing! Bye bye dull quarantine skin! Definitely recommend giving Valerie a call for some skin...

Val has been working on my skin consistently (small break during pandemic, scene 1) since about 2016! She's very knowledgeable and has an array of gadgets and tricks she can use to help your skin look its very best! I like the high frequency, chemical peels, infrared lights and the circadia products she uses! Her new suite is such an amazing upgrade from the last, one room suite! She always keeps things looking chic and a bit glam, and there's always wintergreen lifesavers on deck. She always provides a relaxing experience for me, and i never relax! Val is a master esthetician, and you can tell! I highly recommend her...

I had a facial at Dermalessence and it was fantastic! I hadn't had one in years and I forgot how relaxing they are. Valerie has the room set up beautifully and it makes you feel like you are in a secluded little cave. I loved it! She told exactly what she was doing and made sure it was the best product for my skin type. She also used some chocolate stuff on my face that smelled like diving face first into a bowl of melted Hershey's kisses. I've decided to treat myself with a monthly facial from now on and I can't wait for...
