What an utter disappointment. I ordered dinner online while at work, trying this establishment for the first time since its rebranding, and the experience was nothing short of dreadful. It’s hardly surprising that I walked into an entirely vacant restaurant—literally not a single patron at any table—only to discover my food bag placed on a table with no staff present at the register. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. I ordered their flagship dish, Drunken Noodles with Shrimp, opting for the "super spicy" version as indicated on the menu. Eagerly returning to work, I anticipated the promised heat, only to find none whatsoever. It’s not a matter of insufficient spice; there was no spice at all. The shrimp were rubbery and flavourless as was the rest of the dish. I have attached a copy of the receipt and verified it to ensure there was no mistake on my part—there wasn’t. It's now abundantly clear why the restaurant was devoid of customers at 6:30 pm. Yeah, the experience was so dismal that I have firmly placed this establishment in the "Hell No“ category for future orders. Lesson learned.
*1/8/24. Update in reply to this business' reply:
First and foremost, I must emphasize that I did not make any errors in my order. I explicitly requested a super spicy dish, as clearly indicated on the receipt. It is unacceptable for your establishment to attempt to shift blame onto me or any other customer due to your own shortcomings. Your attempts at deflection and the propagation of falsehoods have only reinforced my decision not to patronize your establishment again.
Go back and view my original feedback, it is evident that you did not merely reduce the spiciness; rather, you omitted it entirely. The shrimp dish I received was utterly devoid of any heat, lacking even a single Scoville unit. Initially, I intended to write a single review and move on, dismissing the incident entirely. However, your response to my concerns, which placed blame on the customer for your mistakes, compels me to take further action. I will now ensure that my experience is shared across all relevant social media platforms and food review applications where your establishment is listed. Idiots, couldn't just apologize and offer to make things right. Oh well... Yelp here...

The atmosphere: Clean, beautiful, and well decorated. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing yet fun and modern.
The food- We were a mixed group with three vegetarians, five meat eaters, and two with food allergies (honey and nuts) . Needless to say we all enjoyed out meals. The meat eaters ordered beef and vegetables, massaman chicken as well as chicken pad thai. They found it to be delicious and thought it was one of the best tasting thai dishes they have had. I ordered massaman tofu and it was extremely tasty, I savored each bite. We also ordered veggie spring rolls which were excellent. My sister order veggie pad thai which I tasted and I loved it. She also loved my tofu so we ended up splitting. For dessert, we ordered this mango rice dish which was divine. Everything was so good. Best thai food I have ever had.
The service- Superb. Everything came fast and that's impressive since we were such a large group. The waitresses were all polite and pleasant. They took our plates fast after the meal and dessert and brought more. They kept our water filled and catered to our need (vegetarian and allergies). They knew the menu and knew which foods had nuts and honey. They answered our questions and were very polite and friendly. They allowed us to have our outside cake and even kept it in the fridge in the back and brought it out for us.
A kind surprise: After the cake, the manager ( I believe it was the manager) came and brought me a surprise. It was such a kind gesture. It made my day. She bought me a wrapped box for my birthday. I have never gotten a gift like that from someone I have never met before at a restaurant. I opened it later, and it was a beautiful tea cup set. That was amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. It made my day and I am glad there are such kind people in the world. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, it was an...
Read moreThis was a new place to my family and myself, but we all love Thai food. And the food here was great! There are so many options besides the basic pad thai, everything from soups to rice dishes, noodles, etc~ we tried a variety of things but the green curry was my favorite along with the papaya salad. Everything was prepared fresh while being extremely delicious. They were also extremely accommodating with vegetarian options as some of my family members don't eat meat. Tofu and veggies were always available to substitute for meat, which was so refreshing.
Unfortunately, I had to take off stars due to service overall. First, the waitress we had was clearly new and did not look professional for food service at all (i.e. unkept hair, looks like she just came from the gym due to her attire). She was inattentive and was not the best at taking down our order. I don't want to be mean, but it made it hard to order and the wait times were extended due to this. Second, the menu does not list all the ingredients that actually go in the food. I have a pineapple allergy and pineapple was not listed in the green curry or is typically included in green curry. I had a reaction and the waitress did check that indeed there was pineapple in the dish. The chef immediately remade it for me without question, but please ask before you order anything if you have allergies as you won't know just by looking at the menu. And always carry medication like I do just in case of these scenarios.
Overall, great food and this is a nice place to...
