I placed my order for curbside. The Panera system notifies you as the order goes through the process. I get a notification that the order is ready and to check in if I haven't already at 2:41pm. I was at the store when I placed the order as I was doing work. The store was very slow at that time and no new customers had walked in from when I arrived at 2:20pm. I had called the phone number to find out where my meal was but no one answered. Where I was parked I could see clear in the store and I had seen them bring out the bag and put it on the counter. I walked inside at 3:04(23 minutes after the order was completed) and there was an older woman and a younger man talking away and they were leaning on an order. I said I've been waiting for my food for over 20 minutes and the woman lied to my face and said it just came out. It takes less then 2 minutes to walk out, hand off an order in the designated spots that are right in front of the door and walk back inside. The food was cold at that point and I needed to continue on my drive. The woman didn't even apologize. To wait while they are very busy or when there are a lot of orders is one thing, but there was my order on the counter that they were leaning on and another sitting in the carry out bin they have and 0 customers that needed to be helped. I will not visit this particular store again. I've had Panera mess up orders before and other issues which are normal in many stores, but to have an order ready for over twenty minutes while the employees are just talking to one another and lie about the situation is unacceptable. I called while on the road and no one picked up the phone for close to 20 minutes when I got another called...
ย ย ย Read moreIโve only been to this location 4 or 5 times and 2 of them have been horrible(both times with rapid pick up.) I have tried calling multiple times to let them know they have a problem with kitchen doing a poor job with pick up orders but they do not answer their phone. I just picked up my order and my sandwich was a complete mess all three chunks of avocado were no where near the sandwich, the cheese was in a melted glob beside my sandwich and the top piece of bread was also far from the bottom.. looked like they just tossed the ingredients in and heated it up. Part of my bread was also completely black ๐ My sons grilled cheese was hard.. there was a little bit that was soft in the middle that we tried to save but it was mostly garbage.
Last time this happened I donโt remember everything that was wrong but I do remember them taking about 30 mins to make our pickup order(we ordered about 20mins before close) the guy making the food was clearly upset at us for ordering so close to close and took his time. And just messed up everything. I remember clearly my brother ordered a pasta with chicken in it and they filled the bowl a quarter of the way with some pasta and there was no chicken! Literally just a few bites of pasta and we ordered the larger size ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ

ย ย ย Read moreThis restaurant has great employees. They have great tasting food as all Panera do. My review is geared more towards Panera the corporation due to their prices and portions. These 2 appetizer size Mac n cheese bowls I got as a pick 2 deal so 5.89 each. Regular price is even higher. So with tax I paid over $12 for 2 appetizer size portions. This was my lunchโน๏ธ I can't afford to eat here anymore. I had a dollar off coupon that I got in an email on 7/24 (it's 8/16 today) and apparently it must have expired bc the person taking my order said that it didn't show up when I put in my phone number, yet there was no expiration date on it in my email. Even if there was an expiration date, you would think it should be more than just a few weeks. When I saw the tiny portions I received, I brought my tray back up to the counter and asked a gentleman if they could fill the bowls a little more. He said he was unable to, it is portion controlled, that is the exact portion they give. This was my last Panera visit, it's just...
