I cannot have enough amazing things to say about the incredible staff at this particular Starbucks. I go there at least 2-3 times a week to get my wife and myself coffee and as a newer starbucks person it can be overwhelming with all the options and so many people and the fear of getting her order wrong lol.. they have been nothing short of incredible, patient, personable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The fact that the orders are always correct and taste great is awesome on its own, but as a customer service supervisor when I see outstanding customer service I feel it’s my duty to share with people since most of the times it’s negative reviews or complaints. They are fast and no matter who I have dealt with have been treated with the upmost respect. As insane as it sounds I actually look forward to my early morning trips there lol.. please be nice to them and they will help you with whatever you need and the drinks are always done right and fast even for such a busy location.. thank you PS that glass bowl is a tip jar even though apparently they aren’t allowed to say it.. some of you should definitely try to use it lol with the 90 customizations you have in...
Read moreOnly one guy knew how to make the drinks. He had to tell the other two newly hired girls how to make some of the drinks. The cashier didn't listen and tried to charge us for a refill thinking we kept wanting another latte. As a gold members, I get free refills on hot/cold tea and coffee. I told her that several times and she still rang it up as another latte. Finally the manager had to step in to tell her to take off the latte because I was asking for a hot coffee. That's free. Again, because she's new I'm assuming that was why she misunderstood. At least that is what I call "benefit of doubt." They also renovated and the bars are lower so you can actually see them better. There's also a bar by the counter to sit at. The garbage can is still a mess but what are you going to do when it's busy? In time, I'm going they're going to be the success that I believe...
Read moreWaited 13 minutes for Mocha Frappuccino I was 1 of 2 customers in the store. when asked why it took so long the managers explanation was the orders that are ordered from customers on the app ( these customers are not even in the store) are being filled first.
There were 4 staff members in the store, 2 in the back, the manager taking register orders ( remember only 2 of us customers in the store). 1 person making hot and cold beverages and she looked as though she was of high school age. I counted 11 app ordered beverages on the counter pickup area. When I left there was 6 additional. Customers just waiting to place their orders in the store and still only 3 customers came in to pickup the pre ordered beverages..
This is unacceptable customer service. I truly hope this is not the way of the future for Starbucks and any company...
