Wawa — Restaurant in Freehold Township

Absolutely horrible wawa. It's all false image write down to the comments on it. The employees here often look for the easiest way out. The menu is never done the way it should they're intentionally manipulating things so that people don't go to the deli. D* near 4 o'clock and the lunch menu hasn't even been put up still all breakfast. They never have variety so you can tell management doesn't place any orders for anything that it actually sells it's almost like the employees from top to bottom are intentionally sabotaging the location. Yeah you get a friendly smile but you can obviously tell from micro expressions it's cannot even manipulative and downright disgusting environment. Majority of the issue too many young folks are actually in the Delhi trying their best not to do their job it's called quietly quitting not flat out not doing. The only way to save this place is to literally fire everybody including management. Stop hiring by personality higher by actual Reputation. This is clearly a location that started out by hiring friends and family 1st and never moved forward in the real world. Every time I come here it's the one wawa I never get anything at. Happens to be in the same location as the other wawa that's always having computer problems leaving transactions improperly done. There was one time I came here and I had a guy fill up my pump with 50 after I told him 30 and then try to give me cash in return. This is one location that said most definitely be shut down it will never give the community a fraction of what the community gives it. This location has so many red flags I'm down to 57 miles in my tank and I'm refusing to get gas here. You can put as much makeup on this wawa as you want but you'll never cover up the ugly that lies...

Never ordering curbside through Wawa again. My pregnant wife asked me to pick up some things on my way home from work such as milk and some ice cream. I hurt my foot earlier in the day and didn’t want to have to get out and walk if I didn’t have to, so I figured why not do curbside? I ordered the items through the Wawa app, and paid ahead of time. I pulled in and entered the number of the spot I was waiting at, number 52 right in the front of the store. I proceeded to wait there about 25- 30 mins, all while I noticed various employees stopping to chit chat with each other at times because it was not very busy at the time. After all the time waiting, it was clear that the order was not going to be processed. When I first started coming here, the gas pumps would be all blocked off. When I asked someone if they were going to open up, they said maybe in an hour. I continued to come after that because they were fairly new, but today was the last straw. If you need gas at night time anytime after 8 PM, good luck. Went there tonight to get gas and there was literally four pumps open and one person working. Lines were wrapped around. Parked my car to get gas. He didn’t even say anything. When I gave him my card all he did was knock my car because the gas pump was on the other side. I had no choice because I did not have the option to turn my car around and like I said, lines wrapped around. I asked if he could pull it over and he said no so I left.
