Round Pie Pizza Company — Restaurant in Freehold Township

Tried a lot of things, lot to discuss. First off, the pizza is excellent. I've eaten a lot of New York style pizza in my life and this is a very solid slice. Can't go wrong with a plain slice, and I really like the crust. The garlic knots were average; I've had better but these are also solid. Others in my party enjoyed them more than I did. The chicken parm panini & stromboli were good; I think the chicken could be a little more flavorful but the bread is good. The stromboli actually tasted much better cold after a day or two in the fridge. I did pickup so I didn't have much interaction, but I saw nothing wrong with the service. The atmosphere is pretty nice, looks clean and the restaurant itself looks pretty cool. Overall a solid little pizza restaurant, and I can surely forsee myself coming back and trying...

The pizza was indeed round as advertised. However, what was not advertised was the friendliness and kindness of the people who work there. A gentleman held the door for me when I walked in and asked me how I was doing, and then the cute girl at the counter giggled at my corny joke when I told her I was there to pick up order #22. I was there for all of 30 seconds and left with a big smile. I then went home and ate half of the delicious pizza. So happy this place opened in this location. I used to go to Matawan location before and couldn’t wait to order from the one closer to home. Finally today I ordered on Grubhub, but accident to the old bridge location. When I came to pick up my pizza at freehold, the manager offered to make it for us there so we wouldn’t need to drive 30 minutes away to the location I actually ordered from.
