Upon arriving at this Burger King, we ordered two texas burgers and one chicken burger, AKA two number twos and a number six. Two oreo shakes including a dr.pepper, When getting up to the window to pay and receive out food, the lady at the window had handed the two shakes, my mother had asked for a drink carrier, We don't know if the lady heared us, considering how she shut the door. Waited and finally got the Dr Pepper and again, my mother had asked for a drink carrier, and the lady shoved her finger in front of her face and then shut the window. Not a single word. We waited once more for awhile till our food came, ling enough wait for us to put the car into park through the drive thru. We checked to see if we had all our food considering how it was $49. That's not even including onion rings instead of fries. We found TWO chicken burgers and ONE Texas burger, they messed it up so mom went inside to get the order corrected. She went up and told the workers and the MANAGER how they messed up, including how they didn't give us straws for our drinks. Upon asking for straws the lady told my mother that she did give us straws, she never gave us straws, considering how if we did, we wouldnt be asking for straws. my mother repeated,, we never received straws and we would like them now please. Then, the MANAGER at a high level of unprofessionalism and high levels of behing a coward, she had her back turned and was talking to one of her co-workers and remind you: My mother and the workers, manager are the only people inside. The manager had a sly comment or two to say considering how her coworkers she was talking too, she laughed with her manager and quote on quote said, " Oh your bad, your bad" and PERSEDED to look at my mother over her shoulder, and looked away again and laughed once more. HORRIBLE Service by coworkers and Manager, HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. The food was mediocre, not the best by far. Messy burger, couldn't stay on the bun to actually eat. Frys were cold. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible service.....I got there to return my 2 day old chicken fingers (Iām guessing they gave me 2 day old chicken fingers) they was waiting in line.... well behind one person who was already waiting .... we were making jokes about the front register person quit haha... they didnāt even say Iām sorry for the wait Iāll be with you in a second.... no nothing just ignored the people waiting ..... a guy went up to the counter to ask for some lids.... the women handed him a whole thing of lids and told him to put them over by the fountain drink area.... he made it comical....and of course they messed his order up .... customers were walking out.... there were no offers for a free drink or nothin for the wait .... no customer service at all.... not even a little bit.... then it was my turn finally .... I told them I came in earlier and my chicken fries were very stale and hard and I had spoke with someone over the phone already.... they refused to give me a refund .... smh .... I even brought the dusty chicken fingers with me.... but no I must have gotten them from McDonaldās or something.... smh I was there for 20 minutes........
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been disappointed one too many times by Burger King in general. The workers are underpaid and don't seem to care or want their jobs. There is alot of room for improvement here. From sloppy sandwiches to rude staff members. This is the only Burger King We have here in Freeport. After My last trip here I feel like I don't want to do business there anymore or at least for a while til they straighten out their ship. I expect professionalism even if it's just fast food. The job is a job and a very important one to serve fresh hot food to their patrons. The customers are paying the money to keep them open so I think We deserve the best that our money has to offer especially since the pandemic. People need their comfort food and I say give it to them the best way you can. Respectful and neat. Not Sloppy and rude. Oh and work hard to get the orders right so people don't have to complain and contact corporate. Plenty of people want and need jobs. Do the job...
