Marshalls — Local services in Freeport

I love love love your store. Your employees are happy efficient, and very helpful. I have bought many things for my great grandson there and I loved your Halloween stuff and at the registers there were many cashiers at Christmas time you could get in and shop and there was always in available cashier there to help. My friend and I were in there the other day, however, and there was hardly any cashiers at the registers. I thought that was very odd because I’ve been there many times now, and there was always at least three or four cashiers at the registers I’m hoping that they’re not cutting back on cashier hours, because from what I’ve heard my friends and I both agree that if you’re busy with customers you need more cashiers I’m not once you’re going to Rockford or MediCenter or any other place but Freeport for shopping and I just love the fact that marshals is here and they have the things that I need to buy and it’s always a treat to see what’s new. My friend and I both had quite a few products but when we got to the checkouts, there was only one cashier, she tried her best to keep up but at one point there was a long line so I don’t know if they can hire more cashiers, or if you have hours to give the cashiers that are there. They all are efficient fun and helpful. I’ve been in retail all my life and I know after Christmas and New Year’s it slows down but since you have the only store in Freeport that people can shop and buy beautiful clothes, toys, unusual things that you don’t see around here that you would want to keep people from going to Rockford or going to Madison to shop, I’m pretty much a loan shopper that stays in Freeport and as I said before I love love love your store please don’t jeopardize your business by not having enough help. Visiting my family and heard of the new Marshall's and went to check it out. The plus size section was one rack and hardly any selection of trendy clothing and variety. The rest of the store was well stocked and it was a let down. Please understand your demographic more and get better with your clothing like all...
