We made an order for a sandwich with onion rings and added sweet potato fries.
Keep in mind there's no screen verifying your order. However, the worker read back the order correctly.
After getting our food, we left the drive through, but immediately noticed that we recieved two onion rings and no fries. There was no receipt provided with our food
This location is drive-through only, so we had to go back through the circle again. The manager was confused but after understanding the situation, he did print a reciept that showed two onion rings.
It's important to point out that the price of onion rings and sweet potato fries are the same.
The manager wanted us to purchase an order of sweet potato fries but didn't want to refund us the cost of the 2nd (unwanted) onion rings. He was rude and dismissive. I pointed all the ways this situation could be improved (video display to verify order, providing reciepts, and promply fixing mistakes in order prep).
The overall customer service was horrendous, and the attitude that the manager brought to a simple case of a mixed up order really makes me never want to consider eating at this...
Read moreIf you want your order correct, or any semblance of an enjoyable experience, do NOT come to this location. Beef-A-Roo in general is a great establishment but this location is a joke. My food order was incorrect, I asked for a pork tenderloin with cheese and ketchup, that's it, instead it came with everything on it, pickles and onions as well. It took 20 minutes as it was to get my order so I didn't want to wait another 20 for another sandwich so I just picked off the other toppings. I asked for a half lemonade, half tea, NO ICE. Was brought a full lemonade with ice, told the server it was supposed to be half tea with no ice, she brought it back with tea in it and still full of ice. Because this location is only outdoor dining, in order to sit and enjoy a meal not inside my truck, I had to instead fight the bees and flies for my lunch. The only good thing was the cheese fries, and the fries themself weren't even fresh, but they were okay enough with the cheese on them. First and last time visiting this location. I want to reiterate that this is not a reflection on the chain in general, just...
Read moreHad a cheeseburger earlier in year. Fresh and juicy. Was good (although a bit too greasy). It took a while to get my order, but it was worth the wait.
Ordered again a months ago, and the burger was dry and well done. Also, the order was ready so quickly, it obviously was not made fresh. And I question if it was truly a 1/4 lb? Got chicken fingers too, and they were overly beaded; could barely taste any chicken. This order was 5/18/25 at 6:26 PM vehicle #137.
Is there consistacy in preparation?
I send email to Beef a roo website about my complaint, and did not get a reply? Does the website reply to customer comments? May as well state my complaint here.
During construction of building, I had some questions; wrote twice to website and never got answers.
I am reluctant to try your food again. You have a lot of...
