Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Fremont

Extremely rude customer service for night time drive through. The middle-aged woman that helped us was slow and terribly unprofessional when dealing and communicating with customers. We waited for a couple mins before being assisted at the order station. When we misordered and asked for a change, she started to reply in a harsh manner. As we had never been there before, and she did not show us the confirmation order after we finished ordering, we were confused about the price, and we asked. She just ignored and then rudely "order" us to move on (there's no car behind us). When we reached the pickup window, no hello no welcome no anything. She just totally left us there for another couple mins then came to us for the payment (very rudely, again). The last but not least thing she did that drove me mad was her changing our order size without even asking just because "you guys kept asking about the price." I mean it was only 9pm, not like super late or something, and there's no harm in being polite, especially when there's no reason for you to be such a btch. Such a shame to have such people working in customer service....

This Carl's Jr needs new management because on the few occasions I was there it literally smelled really bad in there like if there was a dumpster in the dinning area. It was hard to eat in there. The Mexican lady taking my order was rude and was talking louding to her Co worker in the back in Spanish she sounded angry like she was complaining about something. Then I get my French toast stick and 3 were smached like someone ateppes on them. I notice the restaurant is always empty which doesn't surprise me. Anyway I'm never eating here AGAIN! DISGUSTING no one wants to smell trash when they're eating its practically a toilet. The restroom was very dirty. Floor had pee all over no seat covers and smelled to high heaven of cigarette smoke in there. I wouldn't use that restroom if you paid me I'd rather pee in some bushes. Anyway they need to learn how to run a restaurant and learn how to keep it clean probably weren't...

I often go here to get my breakfast. I won't say too much about the food, as they're just regular breakfast fast food. I usually get the country burrito, or the breakfast burger, and the portion is good enough to last me even for lunch.

What I like about this place though is the service. The person taking my order always sounds energetic and friend. It definitely makes my morning brighter everytime I order my food (especially before my morning coffee). It's like he's actually annoying his job. I will continue going to this branch for my...
