I am so disappointed with my order.. This evening I ordered on my phone, and set up a pick up through the drive through window. Upon pulling up to the window, I immediately noticed my order sitting on a metal wire rack neck to the window. No heat lamp. No warming oven. Not stored in one of the 3-4 pizza oven bags next to the order. Just sitting in the open. I figured okay - not the end of the world. It’s only 10 minutes to get home. If need be, I’ll heat it up a little. Unfortunately when I got home, I also discovered that the specialty buffalo chicken pizza I ordered had ZERO sauce on it. None. Not a drop. (I even took pictures to verify) It’s literally a large pizza with cheese and chicken on it, maybe some onions. The pizza was super dry because the cheese had started to cool - I wonder why - and there wasn’t any sauce so I ended up eating only 2 pieces. I know it’s only pizza, so it is what it is. But it’s worth leaving a negative review. I really feel like the order was simple, and to miss something so obvious like buffalo sauce on a buffalo pizza means that somewhere, someone is not following protocol. I hope someone looks into this. I might start looking elsewhere...
Read moreI got a text message saying that my order was ready in eight to 10 minutes. I drove and got there in 12. I paid for my order. Then they said that it was almost ready. So I sat down and waited. Hooked over on the board and my name wasn't even on there anymore. Another 10 minutes went by and I stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting for somebody to come give me a service. I asked them why my order isn't ready when it said it was their text message. And then they said that my pizza went out to the wrong customer. I waited a total half an hour sitting there after arriving. And I didn't even offer anything for free to confiscate me being there for so long when I'm on clock for work. I'd only recommend this place if you order 3 hours in advance you actually get something on time and just pray that it's the right order. I sent a message thru the app describing the problem instead of the guarantee, that gives you a free pizza as I wanted to see if they actually respond and did not. They had the regular size wing box, but I received wings with a drizzle of sauce about 1.5 inches long and they fit in two rows across. About 60% of the box was empty. I do not know why they didn't reply, but this left me as non-caring with what you served. The wings were never this small, if you didn't have the correct one's that I was use to. Just say you're out.
