This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any Domino's EVER, and I have been eating Domino's for ages. So let me give you all the details. I place an order at 1:19 pm and schedule it for pickup at 3 pm. I place another order at 1:23 pm and schedule it for pickup at 3 pm as well. I reach the store at 3:00 pm sharp and ask the attendant (named Elaina, I think) for my food while telling her my name. Her response: Tell me the order number. I have never been asked that before, so I asked her where to look for the order number because I am looking at my domino's app, and I do not see it on my screen. Instead of telling me politely she yells at me that I should look at my email. wow. ok, so I check my email, and I tell her It's order number 13 and 14. Elaina: #13 is ready. and #14 will be another 25-30 minutes. Me: Both the orders are scheduled for pickup at 3, and the tracker says they are ready as well. Elaina: You just ordered it. It will take time to make your order. Me: No, I ordered it more than 90 minutes ago, and I scheduled it for 3 pm. I have my party for which I need this food at 3 pm. Elaina: I don't care. Food is not ready. I am working alone and you should order on time. Me (extremely disappointed and annoyed by the worst customer experience ever): Ok, Can you please give me #13? Elaina: It's not ready yet. It is still in the oven. At this point, I am losing my patience with her attitude, but I do not want to spoil my mood on my daughter's birthday, so I walk away and drop off my kids (who are waiting in the car) and the cake. I come back 30 minutes later at 3:30 pm to pick up my food, and take it to the venue (which is 3-4 minutes away from Dominos) Now let's talk about the quality of food. One of the pizzas I ordered was 1 large with ham on left half and pepperoni on the right half. What do I get? 1 large pizza with cheese on left half and pepperoni on the right. No ham? Another pizza I ordered was a thin crust cheese pizza with pineapple topping. What do I get? Exactly that pizza except it's 1 piece. No cuts at all. Moreover, all the food from order #13 was ice-cold, while the items from order #14 was edible. I was genuinely ashamed to serve that food on my daughter's birthday. The quality of service and food was...

I've decided to tell my story, might be to late now but this has to be made publicly known and hopefully no one ever comes across my situation. When I was 12, I sometimes walked to the Korean market couple blocks from where I live which I pass at the time my future high school Washington High. I got my favorite side dish, I started to walk home but across the street, two thugs late 20s were harassing everyone who came across their path. I noticed they have spotted me and started jaywalking across the street as my instinct told me to run, I ran and well they also ran for me... In fear I knew what I had to do, across from Washington High, there is a Domino's Pizza place and a outdoor payphone, quickly dial 911 on the payphone but apparently it was broken, the two thugs nearly caught up to me, I RAN INTO DOMINO's PIZZA. I asked out loud, "please call 911" as the two thugs waited outside behind that thin glass, as he and his workers saw I was out of breath and the two thugs waiting right outside, I also asked for a cup of water but the owner/manager quickly told me, "TAKE IT OUTSIDE!" as the worker handed me a cup of water. I was shaking, feared for my life and yet I wasn't given help that I needed so I faced my fears walked outside slowly onto the street where I ended up bleeding from the mouth, punched, kicked in the face where I ended up my upper teeth being permanently pushed back, laying there hopelessly out of breath and suffocating by the very blood from my teeth. No one saw what happen, it was so quick, no one bothered to stop or assist me but one moment when I asked for help just call 911, I was denied. All could've been prevented if I just had help.. The next day I went to school unable to eat anything but drink warm milk and it went on for a few days could the next thing I ate was apple sauce. I'm 27 now, the damage is still there and present, upper teeth left side pushed back where most of the damage was dealt, but someday I'll save enough money for braces to get them fixed. The owner/manager is still present to that...
Read moreDue to convenience of location I would venture out here some times if I was craving a pizza. Sadly, what I witnessed recently made me not want to come back here at all and drive further for another pizza brand.
Ordered my pizza online for in-store pick up. Once I arrived I see 2 workers behind the counter. None of the two acknowledge that I have stepped into their business, instead, you have one worker who is "working" behind the line licking his fingers as he's working and another worker, who doesn't seem to be working bc he has his backpack on, eating next to him. 25 seconds passed and I see a third worker come out of a storage room. He greets me and says he'll be with me shortly but right after that he turns around and proceeds to finish what he was eating.
This whole scene is something out of a movie. Not only am I faced with three workers who aren't paying any respect to my time but they are all using their hands and eating behind the counter where I know my food is in the process of being made. Eventually I am being helped and I quickly let them know my name and order. Once I received my food I felt compelled to kick knowledge to the younger generation. I said to all three of them "You know, I understand workers need a break and time to eat but it's not a good look to be eating behind the register". The worker with a backpack was quick to respond by saying "Oh I'm not on the clock". I don't think he realized how deep of a hole he dug himself with that comment. I responded, "Oh that's even worse. I'm telling you guys, it's not a good look to be eating and making someone wait. Perception is reality."
I could tell they didn't want to hear what I had to say so I walked out after that statement. It wasn't the first time I've had a strange incident happen to me at this exact location but I can guarantee that I will not be back.
HONESTLY, drive a lil further for better quality pizzas...and I'm not talking about L....
