The food is awesome! Pizzas, hamburgers, wraps, gyros!! This is about the service and not the food. it's about the horrible customer service they have been having lately. (These 3 visits happened within 2 weeks) 1. I ordered (2 gyros) over the phone for pickup on my way home from work. They told me 20 minutes. got there on time and my food was not ready. I had to wait another 20 mins. They didnt even care. they were not too busy. This happened on a Monday around 630pm. 2. I called from my house on a Wednesday night around 7pm and they put me on hold for 10 mins so I decided to drive over there since I only live a couple of blocks away. I get there and they were not busy again. they forgot about my phone call. I showed them my phone so they could see I was still on hold after 13 mins!!! Again, they didn't really care. 3. Again, I decided to call for pickup, this time on A Saturday at 1pm. I called and called for about 15 mins and the line was ALWAYS BUSY. I thought they were super busy. I decided to drive over there but when I got to my car the line finally free and they picked up But....... THEY PUT ME ON HOLD.. I thought it was going to be a couple of mins only. It ended up being 9 mins so I decided once again to drive over there thinking that because it was a Saturday they were going to be busy for lunch or probably didnt have enough people working. well, to my surprise I get there and I was still on hold after 13 mins. I showed them my phone again so they could see I was not lying. Guess what?? Not a big deal for them. What was strange is that while I was waiting The phone kept ringing and they were not picking it up. The place was not busy at all. This time a took a picture of the empty tables and I could count 5 people in the back working. Too bad! food is really good! The owner is not usually at this location anymore, he is at the other one in Newark, which was recently opened.

Wanted some Middle Eastern style food and this place had good reviews, so I ordered some takeout. Got the chicken and gyro combo and a Mediterranean salad. I arrived a few mins before my order was ready, and the young gentleman at the register (either the owner or son of the owner, if I had to guess) was warm, friendly, and engaging with his conversation. I ended up adding a big bag of organic Medjool dates and some baklava to my order after chatting with him. Finally received my order and it was flawlessly packaged and accurate. The chicken and gyro meat were seasoned so well and were tender and juicy, which seems to be pretty rare for me lately (especially gyro meat). The salad was huge and extremely fresh. The side of hummus was delicious, as well, and the baklava was freakin' awesome. I didn't care for the dates, but that may just be because I hate removing the pits myself. Finally, the prices are the best I have seen anywhere around for almost any good food, yet the quality and quantity didn't seem to be compromised in any way. I am thinking about going back here tonight, about a week after my first visit.

I passed this small shop thousand times and finally decided to try it for the first time on Saturday night. I ordered chicken plater. There was only one person doing all (taking order & cooking). He said the wait time will be around 20 minutes. There were lots of DoorDash order & pick up order in between preparing my order but I got my food right around 20 mins marked as he said. The food looks good. They gave generous portion of chicken pieces. The chicken was cooked perfectly and I love that I could taste 'char' aroma in the meat. However, it was a tad too salty for me. Luckily, the hummus that they gave kinda compensate the saltiness. They should have given more hummus. The plater also comes with bread & salad - both are ok. Overall, the food was delicious. My only complaint was that the place looked a little dirty. I know there was only one person working at the restaurant but the dingy look in the restaurant made me a bit uncomfortable. Maybe next time I'll do take out instead.

Stopped by here with my friend last night and grabbed a two chicken donairs to take back to our hotel. We’re from Canada, and let me just say, this was a complete disaster. First off, there were no napkins in the bag, and the donair itself was so dry it felt like chewing cardboard. Most of the vegetables were barely there, and the proper sauces? Forget about it. They gave us two containers of sauce on the side, but it’s not like Kabab’s where you can just dip into the sauce. You can't mix it in properly, so the whole thing ended up tasting painfully dry.

Now for the aftermath: both of us are dealing with some pretty serious diarrhea today. Not a pleasant feeling at all. As for customer service, the guy at the counter? Completely disinterested. We stood there for at least two minutes while he was glued to whatever he was watching on his phone. When he finally looked up, he took our order, then went right back to his phone like we didn’t exist. Bottom line—this place is not worth your time. Don’t even think about coming back unless they clean up their act, because the food sure as hell...
