Dubious kitchen practices, would not recommend. I had a long day and was mentally exhausted. I wanted simple vegetarian comfort food, and what's better than a falafel pita bread with lentil soup? Except that they gave me Chicken in the pita bread! I was tired and actually bit into it before I realized it was non veg! We took the dish back to the cashier, and after a brief confusion, they took it back and brought out the falafel pita bread. My mood was off and I somehow ate about a third of it, and then noticed an eye lash/hair on the plate. I was just done at the point and went to the cashier to ask for a refund. They agreed to give me a refund and casually asked if I didn't like the dish. I said, well, first, it was chicken, and then... The cashier interrupted me and said it's ok, meaning, they didn't want to know. I did tell them anyways there was an eyelash in the food, but they didn't want to know. They refunded my money and I left the restaurant hungry. If you are vegetarian for religious reasons or for allergies, this might not be a good place because they don't take their mistakes seriously. Additionally, they didn't bother to look at the plate when bringing out substitutes. It makes me concerned about their hygiene standards as well. Serving a non veg dish to a vegetarian customer needs to be treated as a serious mistake, and I was disappointed with their casual attitude and casual handling of the problem. There were other middle Eastern restaurants in the areas with excellent food, I would recommend trying those instead.

Wanted to try food here from long time & finally did on last Friday. As a first timer walked-in with certain expectations and to my surprise, they fulfilled all my expectations. Atmosphere was great. They have seating arrangements indoor as well outdoors too. Not sure what to eat went on counter & asked for preferences and lady (Irma) greeted with smile and helped choose from menu according to my taste. Ordered a ToGo Falafal wrap with Baba Ghanoush & veggies on side. Within 5 mins my order was ready and again received my food order with broad smile. Must admit, great customer service! Great job gals 👏 Falafel wrap was warm & very delicious. The accompanied small sauce provided enhanced the taste of wrap. Baba Ghanoush was very tasty. Eggplant was cooked properly and the spices added were of perfect amount. Veggies on side tossed is sauce were perfectly cooked. Every bite was delicious. Overall, very Good experience! Will definitely visit again & try something else till then keep it up guys! Update: Been there last night with my friend and once again overwhelmed with the great service and help from Irma to choose perfect combinations & lip-smacking food. Ordered falafel grill with organic freekeh, veggies & babaghanouge (big fan). It was so delicious, I finished everything was in plate. Perfect portion (if you're too hungry) and very well assembled with enough amount of sauce, correct temperature of food and very delicious in taste. Thank you again for serving us awesome food!

Food was excellent, but the service literally removed any stars that would have been due! I waited 47minutes for my order. I arrived around 11:45. Placed my order in person. Nothing fancy. Just 2 plates (lamb shwarma salad + lam/beef wrap). Server gave me a pager and then I waited... waited... Several other people were waiting there as well. All had place their orders in person. Then I would see a swarm of people coming and going. They all would just go to the rack and pick their orders and leave. When it was around 35minutes into the waiting I decided to go talk to the attendant. Her answer was simply "you have to wait...". I waited, watched several other people come and leave with their food, watched several other folks that ordered in person to also complain... And then the pager lighted up. I went to pick up my order. The attendant told me: "next time order online, we prioritize online orders". Seriously? WTH? All i know is, im not going back...

UPDATE ==== Was contacted by owner saying that the cause for the delays were due to a pipe burst on Sunday. I went there the Thursday pior, so I dont believe they were related. Plus, I see several other reviews complaining of similar issues. And on top of that, I did not see anyone placing orders online having any issues. They would come and go in masses, and it corroborates what the server told me that "online orders have priority". I will entertain and accept your gift card and give it another try. I will order it in-person, as I dont want any bias by being "prioritized by placing an online order". I will post my...
