As a fan of their other locations, we we are so excited that there is one now closer to us! We went during the lunch hour on opening weekend and it was busy as expected, but the wait wasn't as long as it looked to be because they were turning tables over quickly.

They've taken over the PF Chang's and they are the perfect new tenants for the location. It's spacious. There's a main dining room as well as bar seating in the back if you can score seats there to avoid a longer wait. Decor and ambience is always one of the things that separates Pho Ha Noi from other Vietnamese or pho restaurants.

Pricing is above average in an area where Vietnamese restaurants are a plenty but the quality is usually better. I say "usually" because we ordered the short rib pho and the meat was really tough and hard to chew. We've had it previously at their PA location and it was perfect. So maybe its because they're working out kinks still, but for this visit I'd give the short rib pho a 3/5. The Sizzling Steak Plate is $28.95 and includes tender steak, a slice of a buttery patè, fries and a small baguette. There is a 15 min wait prep time but they got it out super fast. It definitely was not sizzling when it came out, but it was tasty and the sauce was really good.

Service was fairly good with our server checking on us frequently, though she often forgot to bring items out that we requested. We had to ask a few more times. Water wasnt refilled and had to ask for that as well. Though one lady working the bar saw me looking around and asked if I needed anything.

Overall it was a good meal and I'm sure kinks will work out as they get...

Pho Ha Noi is a mid Pho restaurant disguised by a classy interior and decorations.

Walking in you a greeted with a warm smile from a well dressed host. You walk into the dining hall and are met with a high rise ceiling, well decorated walls, and warm dimly lit tables.

When thinking of Pho restaurants my partner and I think of 3 things: Spring rolls, soup, and Vietnamese coffee

My partner and I ordered their A9 Combination Spring Roll platter P1 Combination Beef Pho Vietnamese Salted Cream Coffee

The Vietnamese Salted Cream coffee was a delightful treat. What you expect from Vietnamese coffee with extra froth.

Their appetizer sampler was by far the best thing we ordered. 6 rolls featuring 3 different types of spring rolls with a myriad of sauces. The rolls were fresh, neatly packed, and bursting with flavor. However, at a cost of $17.50 I expect a bit more.

Their soup is where my disappointment lies. The broth was both lukewarm and watered down. T Ha Noi forgets that the broth is the foundation of any good Pho. What makes this dish more sad is that the quality of meat is so superb yet it’s lost in this bowl of water. By far, the worst bowl of all Pho ive ever consumed.

The biggest issue with Pho Ha Noi is the price point. I could over look the bellow average soup of it didnt break the wallet. If you’re looking for a comfey date atmosphere, sure go Pho Ha Noi in fremont. If you’re looking for a good lunch, best find a local mom...

I came to Pho Ha Noi on a Sunday for lunch, and there was no wait. The overall quality of their food was pretty good. The pho is good.

I also ordered Bo Ne, which unfortunately I didn't get to try. 30mins later and my order still didn't show up.. I wish our server was a little more attentive and at least checked on our table to make sure all of our food arrived. I had to flag down him down to ask him to check on my order. Apparently they weren't serving Bo Ne today, and he wasn't aware..? Nevertheless, someone should have said something much earlier, and should have been communicated shortly after the order hit the kitchen. The rest of my party was already done eating and my food was nowhere to be seen. Then the waiter suddenly came back and said yes they do have Bo Ne and it'll take 10mins if I still wanted it. Then he came back again not one minute later to say again that no they actually don't have Bo Ne.

Long story short, I left the restaurant pretty hungry since I waiting for my food to not arrive... so I was pretty annoyed at the situation. This should not have happened if the front and back of the house were communicating... which they obviously weren't. Unfortunately, my impression of this location is not that great. While the rest of my party enjoyed their food, I did not get to do so. I don't know if I would consider returning to this place due to my...

was here on a Friday evening. I had heard that PFChang is gone and there's another restaurant so this was out of my curiosity, I came here with my son. I came in and the lady at the reception immediately attended me and along with menu card she made us sit at the booth that was cleaned. We decided on what to have and hence have the order for rock n roll steak with garlic noodles - on the menu it's S7 for my son and I ordered Sauteed flank steak pho - P6 as this soup doesn't have tenden saracha. I had heard about their drinks, hence ordered for a special coconut juice and kumquat with coconut pieces and chia seeds, it was delicious. I loved the spices and the aroma of it. It was so much that I had to take out box and next day I had it, it was delicious then too. Loved their service, and very attentive staff to help you with any questions or doubts. I loved their ambience as well, it's beautiful decorations relating to Vietnam. I will definitely recommend this place.

We love the pho at Pho Hanoi San Jose so we had to try the new location in Fremont which is closer to our house. We went the day after grand opening and waited about 20-25 minutes before being seated. They should have the waiting list on Yelp so you can be put on earlier. We ordered combination pho and grilled pork crispy spring rolls. The pho bowls didn’t come with hot broth, just slightly more than warm which is a big deal to us. We like hot broth! They don’t give much beef in their bowls and the broth was lackluster. I think they should add more seasoning to the broth and they should definitely work on adding more meat to the broth. For $18 a bowl the customer can be given more beef brisket and beef balls. I think we may come here again another time but not for a while until they improve their pho. Spring rolls were okay. The dipping sauce comes with too much carrots and not enough dip.
