McDonald's — Restaurant in Fremont

UPDATE 11/26/19: they have added an ordering kiosk in the lobby, which tends to be faster than counter service (looks like they no longer actually have counter staff -- the manager on duty works both the drive-tgru and the counter). So ordering at the counter can mean 5-10 minute wait just to place your order if the drive-thru is busy....sad on many levels, but I guess it's a lower cost of business than counter staff. Food tends to still be on the cooler side than expected.

Food is typical for this franchise, but they seem to always have some type of mechanical problem (today, they couldn't serve pies since that machine was out of order). If you go late afternoon, no line inside but the drive thru is usually backed up). Clean tables and floors....

A close female friend of mine got cat called, whistled and basically harassed by three co-workers here. My friends eventually left the place because they couldn’t take it anymore. We do not personally know these co-workers at the McDonald’s nor find it tolerable. These 3 employees were estimated 18-20 years old, all male, ethnically 2 Mexicans and 1 Indian, and ranged to 5’6 - 5’8. I am filing this complaint because I find it very disturbing and disrespectful as customers to be incredibly uncomfortable from employees like the ones mentioned. I am genuinely curious if anyone else was harassed in this same McDonald’s. I hope there will be a positive change of service in this fast...

PSA: The dining area is closed but in my experience they don't stop you if you sit there anyways. Edit: there is not a single person at the register more than half the time, and it can be VERY annoying.

It's pretty much a basic McDonalds. The food is pretty average for a McDonalds, and prices are kind of expensive but that's just a McDonald's issue. Service is also okay. Lot of times there just isn't anyone at the register, but someone comes out fast enough. Employees are pretty fine as well. Decent all...
