Panera Bread — Restaurant in Fremont

Did a curbside order of only a single Mac n cheese sandwich and a cookie. Thought it would just be another curbside and I would be on my way. Nope, got a notification in like 4 minutes of placing the order that the order is ready I was like wow they must be slow today. As I arrived saw the parking lot full and the curbside parking full of people who went inside to eat and completely ignored the big sign saying " curbside pickup only". After, I waited and got a curbside parking I clicked I'm here and completed the curbside process. After, 10 minutes I went inside thinking maybe they had forgotten about the order at the end of the day everyone is human.

I go inside and I see that they have a decent amount of people inside and a few online orders. I proceeded to ask one of the employees about my order status and the response I got was, " I have 16 orders ahead of you". I was like no worries I don't mind waiting 10-15 more minutes for the order. So, I proceeded to wait and I see order after order being picked up in store. I continue to ask and see if my order is ready since I see other online orders getting ready in front of me. After, waiting 30 mins inside with no one having a clue on the progress of my order an employee offers me a pastry for the wait which was very kind so I proceeded to wait and long and behold the order was ready after roughly 40+ mins.

I get all the way home and I find out that I didn't even receive the cookie I had order with the food. Like how did the food get checked off that everything is inside if literally 50% of the order...

I went to the Panera bread on Christy street this morning around 10:45am. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, sausage and egg on a brioche bread with no cheese and a orange scone. I waited a few minutes, since they were very busy. One of the associates had asked me if I could take the egg scrambled and I said that I wanted it over easy. He then said it would be a few minutes. Another associate came to me and handed me my order in a bag. I left there and I didn’t have time to eat yet because I had 2 other doctors appointments at Kaiser. By the time, I had time to eat my breakfast, it was 1:00pm and I noticed that the sausage was missing and I only had the brioche bread with egg only. I looked at my receipt and it clearly showed what my order was and I even gave them a $1.00 tip. I kept calling them until 1:30pm with no answer and then several times again after 6:30, and same thing. I didn’t have time to drive back over there because it was not on my way home and the only reason why I went to that location was because I had an appointment in that area. I also noticed that on their receipt it says that we should always get what we ordered and it seems that is for dine in and not take out. I am very disappointed with my experience there and there is no excuse for them not to be able to...

We love Panera bread, and enjoy our meals, but today I would like to inform the management, that there is a systematic problem with the orders at this branch, today is the 5th or 6th time, over the last 1 year when a simple order like in the picture for veggie sandwich gets converted into Tuna Salad Sandwich or has some other issue. The receipt says, Accuracy Matters. I dont think so. The managers at this branch also dont care much, or bother, offering coupons thinking the issue is resolved. After driving 8 miles to pick up the order and spending 30 minutes, you reach office and the order is screwed up. A refund, or a coupon does not solve this persistent issue, and inconvenience.
