Synergy Badminton Academy (Automall) — Restaurant in Fremont

Please DO NOT come on a hot day!! I had the unfortunate experience of visiting on an unbearably hot day, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. As soon as I stepped inside, I could feel the suffocating heat and realized that there was no air conditioning or proper ventilation to provide relief. It was like walking into a sweltering oven, not an ideal environment for any physical activity, let alone playing badminton.

The guy at the reception was the epitome of rudeness and unprofessionalism. When I politely suggested that they should consider investing in air conditioning or at least improve the ventilation, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he outfight said out loud to another staff that my advice was of no help and made me feel belittled and unwelcome.

I cannot stress enough how unacceptable this experience was. Playing badminton or any sport in such extreme conditions can be dangerous for one's health and performance. I felt like I was being subjected to torture, not a recreational activity that I was paying for.

It's disheartening to see a facility that shows such blatant disregard for the comfort and safety of its patrons. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's astonishing that they continue to operate without addressing these basic and...

Made a paid booking on their website at my chosen time slot. However, when I went to check in at the counter the next day, the rude receptionist said that all courts are booked and this happens all the time. When I said that I did not receive any notification, he mentioned that they are not obligated to inform anyone. Fine. I then asked for a refund. He said that he doesn’t do refunds. So he decides to postpone my time slot to a later timing and says that this is your only option. Your time is precious, and so is ours. Don’t make us drive all the way down only to realize that our time slot is not allocated as per the booking agreement because of your poor management skills.

I think this speaks volume about the characters and code of conduct of the owners (also known as coaches) here. Perhaps it’s ok to not honor an agreement that was made. Perhaps it’s ok to fool customers. Would I want to send my kids here to learn these deceiving skills from...

Not a place for badminton or racket restringing. I just decide to update the review I have made the reservation for court and their team just move my court without any notification just because they have some big customer. what a shame as a business. (updated)

I have request restringing several times and it goes fine even you can see it's not as good as expect. I brought an uniqute string and requested for 24 pounds. Issues Stringing racket at the incorrect tension, feel like 21 pounds String is not straight

They told me, there is nothing the can inspect and nothing they can do. If I want to restring, I need to pay again.
