I stop into this bdubs location probably 6 days a week for over a year now and a majority of the time it's been good but the service this past Saturday night was extremely unacceptable to the point I have no desire to go back.
The bartender Leah was extremely slow on a slow Saturday night and impolite. She used to be good but she took forever to get beers and then has the nerve to argue with me for a few minutes saying I had four beers when I only had 3 which at this point I'm already furious.
If the service was good I would have had another but to argue with me over a $3 beer when I know 1000000% I had 3 was just obnoxiously rude but that's only the start of it.
Leah then goes to the back and is nowhere to be seen for 22 minutes which I started the timer on my phone as she walked away with my bar tab sitting in the printer and then she comes back completely ignoring me when I had an emergency to go help a friend. I almost walked out and probably should have.
One manager off the clock is sitting at the bar and he doesn't say anything. The manager working that night tells me a few days later that the reason Leah was gone so long was that she was looking at the cameras saying that my friend and I always say we have less beers treating us like we are scammers. It's ridiculous to think this over a $3 beer to go leave the bar unattended for that long.
Why a manager even let's her look at film here is unacceptable and by Leah wanting to see this is saying she isn't doing her job entering beers in the register as she pours them.
If you are going to go look at film because you can't keep track of something so simple that you are supposed to do as a bartender then wait until after close and not disrespect the other bar patrons by disappearing for 22 minute.
I don't think the manager should have even told us that but I'm happy she did because it shows Leah true character and we considered her a friend before this.
On Monday I called the store manager who rarely works nights to fill her in and I know she touched base with the other managers but then I stop in on Thursday evening the highest traffic night and not a shift Leah works the bar yet they reward her with this shift??? ARE YOU SERIOUS???
I'm assuming the normal bartender had to leave early but you can't reward Leah that shift no matter how desperate you need a bartender that is just insane!
It's a joke how the management handled this situation and I won't be back after seeing them reward her with a premium bar shift which I left immediately feeling nauseous / sick to my stomach how ridiculous this is.
What a lack of team effort from this management crew where nobody works together and it's a free for all with the employees who can run all over them but to treat me like this is beyond unacceptable. I've spent at least 8 grand here in the past year and my friend has spent more so I guess it's time to go elsewhere.
I'll miss the good bartenders like Chelsea (my favorite she's a phenomenal worker), Autumn, Ashley, Cynthia, and a friendly server Mallorie whom I was enjoying our recent interactions but I can't support an establishment that let's an employee treat me like a scammer questioning my character after coming in as much as I have when I'm not like that.
That's not to mention the same night I paid my tab finally after the bartender was gone 22 minutes and I didnt have any beer left for over 10 minutes before she printed the bill leaving it on the printer to go watch video footage that I am shorted on bdubs points. It shows I only had two beers on my points and not three yet three was correct and what I was charged for.
The past few times when this bartender Leah puts my bdubs rewards number in it's after she gives me the bill and not before yet a few times my bill has something removed in the bdubs rewards points transactions not giving me the full amount of points which doesn't add up.
I've never in my life seen such a mess in a corporate chain restaurant where nobody is held...

From the moment I walked in, the energy and vibe of the restaurant were inviting and lively. The staff was warm, attentive, and made sure that everything was perfect from start to finish.
What truly set this visit apart, however, was the amazing leadership and service provided by Michelle L., the manager. Michelle went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. She was personable, professional, and incredibly attentive, making it clear that she genuinely cares about the quality of service and the satisfaction of her guests. Her dedication to excellence shines through in everything she does, and she truly sets the bar for what exceptional management looks like.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to our bartender, Autumn, who was absolutely phenomenal. Autumn’s skill behind the bar is unmatched—she crafted some of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time, all while maintaining a fun, friendly, and upbeat attitude. Her ability to make every guest feel valued and cared for is remarkable, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her work.
Michelle even took the time to speak highly of Autumn, which says so much about the positive and supportive environment they’ve created here. It’s rare to see such teamwork and mutual respect, and it made the experience that much more memorable.
The food, of course, was fantastic—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just what you’d hope for from a place known for their wings. But it was the outstanding service and leadership from Michelle and Autumn that truly made this visit one to remember.
If you’re looking for a place that offers great food, an amazing atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, look no further than Buffalo Wild Wings. Michelle and Autumn are shining examples of what makes this location so special. I’ll definitely be back soon and can’t recommend it highly enough—five stars...

And even then, we were only greeted because I finally went & asked the hostess if someone was going to come to our table.. I do understand things happen, but found it a little unprofessional when our waiter listed off excuses as to why he had not come to our table instead of just apologizing. But as a former waitress, I decided to sweep all of that under the rug, especially as I know many places are understaffed currently.
The food was as expected at a B-Dubs. We did have a hard time flagging down our waiter for napkins, drink refills, etc. We were not checked on very often & we were passed up even when I attempted to get the waiter's attention.
At the end of our meal, I decided to order a dessert & asked for the cheesecake. The waiter was gone for quite a while, and then came back explaining that he had to defrost my cheesecake himself.. Everyone knows these sorts of things come frozen, but don't think anyone really wants to hear that about their overpriced slice of dessert as they're getting ready to eat it lol. Especially, because the cheesecake was still extremely cold when it was given to me & not great quality. I also noticed that there were no toppings as I had seen described on the menu so waited a while to flag the waiter down again & asked him about it. He took the cheesecake back & added toppings.
My husband was very frustrated with our experience, while I tried my best to be understanding knowing what restaurants are going through at this time. But unfortunately, by the end of it, I was also left with a bad taste in my mouth. Just too many issues, one after another.
Will not be returning back to this location. $70 for poor service & frozen cheesecake is just not our idea of...
