Staff has always been friendly when I went in, so I give them 2 stars. However, they arent 24 hrs. I went in one morning on my way to work and got there at 4:55 am. A worker came out and told me they still had 5 minutes before opening. Some of the staff members are absent minded or they need to be retrained. A few times I have gone in before work and my order has been messed up(ordered a an iced vanilla coffee and it tasted like...well,..idk what the taste was. Chemical?; usually the wrong coffee every time). I'm not one to have them remake the order bc 1.im trying to get to work and 2. Its 5 am...let's be real people not everyone is going to be bright eyed and bushy tailed. But went in last week and granted it was 9 am but the order STILL took forever with a full staff. I waited probably 10 minutes for Tim bits when I got my sandwich and coffee right away. The Tim bits weren't fresh and everyone was standing around and simply chatting. Dark hair and glasses! She refused to give me her name or else I would name her! I watched as she treated a gentleman in front of me like he was garbage spoke to him like he was nothing and like he was putting her out! I let her know how I felt and she said "lady I was nice to you!" Your employees could exercise the slightest bit of compassion and if their job truly is on the line for this utter nonsense you all need to reevaluate your new policy. You have to have the phone the ultra one credits are connected to in order to print the vouchers.
