Solid Panera. Good WiFi. The best part of this location is that there is a Conference room open to all customers at no extra charge or reservation restriction completely separate from the general dining area. Makes small meetings and one on one reviews much easier and much more private.
One downfall to this Panera is that it is not in the most convenient location. It’s quite a ways from the freeway running through Monroe, I75. So meeting here isn’t always the easiest, but it beats the Starbucks down the road.
It can get quite busy around lunch time, but staff is always courteous and friendly. They are very willing to help and I’ve never had an issue with my food in the past.
Finally, the call ahead catering is fantastic. I had a bagel and cookie order for a meeting nearby and it was ready and waiting for me upon my arrival. I also had a sandwich order for a meeting not far off, and again, ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Makes meeting much easier when your caterer is on time and understands their performance is a reflection of your performance in another setting. Highly recommended.
The only reason for the 4 Star Rating is due to the bathroom situation. It’s tucked away in the back and for some reason always has an odd smell radiating from it. Also, one stall and one urinal in the men’s room, which makes things interesting at peak hours. But overall, a pretty good stop for business people...
Read moreI had no idea this location was here. I was pretty thrilled when I noticed. We visited on a whim after checking into the Goodwill down the parking lot. The cashier was occupied with another guest when we arrived but we had just enough time to browse the menu before another employee immediately helped us. She was very nice and efficient. I ordered a pick two of Mac and Cheese and the Turkey Bacon Bravo with a medium drink. I haven't visited a Panera in a while, but that's always my go to order. My husband ordered the pick two with Buffalo chicken Pizza, I think. It had tomatoes and a light orange drizzle of sauce on it. He also had the French Onion soup. We both got baguettes. The food was out quickly and warm. My sandwich was huge. Much bigger than I get going through a drive through. (Which is what we usually opt for, but this location doesn't have one. That's fine, not every visit needs to be quick. We had time to sit down today) Ultimately, it was very nice. We were there from about 1-2 pm and it wasn't terribly busy, but definitely occupied. Bathroom was clean, floors were clean, tables were clean. Their lemonade machine went on the spritz as we were leaving though. If corporate ever reads these maybe send them a new one! That seems like a terrible amount of labor going to something that can...
Read moreTraveling today and it's time for the breakfast. Like you all know, if it's drive through the city then stick to the food that you tasted already and know what you get. #panerabread is one of the go to places for my family. Lately almost every location around Pittsburgh looks not so good. At least in my experience. Here I'm in Michigan , small town and half rmpty plaza but ... walking into this location I was blown away!!! No o e ever questioned about no mask on my face, location is packed with very friendly and nice people (older and younger), shelves are full with bakery, pastry, bread, coffe bins are full, everything is clean and tied up. Going to wash my hands and restroom is immaculate, all facets are working 🤯 behind the counter about 10-11 young girls running around and all super friendly, helpful and will go extra steps to help (one girl filled up my cup with milk for my cofee without even blink about after I asked). So the long story short, I was blown away by how young peolle keep this location super ckean, organized and friendly environment. Can't say the same about Pittsburgh locations, for the most...
