Bulldoc Korean Fusion Cuisine — Restaurant in Fresno

Their 10 minutes before closing and was looking to place order store is locked already and we are knocking to get in cause they are still open for 10 minutes no one comes to let us know their done nothing around like 55 or so called and asked then the girl on the phone said but they close in 5 minutes and they can't do the order like we are crazy to order 5 minutes before ? Lol I don't know what time they close or if they let it up to their workers if they feel too lazy to make the food but yeah waste of time truly drove out for nothing just for their workers to be lazy in a small place that only has so much seats but yeah really annoying that you guys don't let your customers know when you close you guys should put a sign saying if your workers are too lazy you guys close early or you guys are done making food not ignore us at the door for nearly 10 min or if you guys have to ask the kitchen or what but dont ignore your customers makes no sense xD lol got some wahoo fish tacos thought they served us until they closed so we ate but man wasted my time for some of my favorite food but if you guys can just please make a sign about if it's up to your employees when they close or let people know you don't take orders or lock I guess like 10 to 15 before closing just alot of people wouldn't know this off the bat really bad service and help for a small place one of my favorite also huge waste of time and man what a bunch of mazy people mcdonalds don't even ghost you or do that stuff wouldn't expect from a actual small...

Ok . I have always wanted to try this spot when it first opened. Just didn't have the time to come around it . Have tried banchan in elk grove before so I knew it was similar . We got the combo meal half soy garlic (best one) and the other half thai spicy something because they were out of the one we originally wanted. Seasoned fries (bomb ) coleslaw ( ehhh)

Everything looked great and yummy until our waitress brought out our rice . 😐😐 I could already tell it was soo undercooked . My hubby ate it didn't say anything until I took a bite and told him its so under . U can see the white middle part of the grain. Just told the waitress that its under cooked, she then just brought out a new one and again still under . Lol we just didn't eat it . (Eating undercooked rice is not good for you can cause food poisoning)

The bulldoc chicken w/ ttobokki only had 6 pieces of rice cake?? 6? And diced up chicken?? Really.. thats soo odd. But I guess thats how the restuarant does it . But the place was ok .. the hype wasn't there tonight I guess. But the best thing was just the seasoned fries and the soy garlic (just wish it was a bit more flavored . It kinda light on taste wise . )

Will have to come back and try the jjajangmyon and the other...

Today I ordered the Chicken Katsu with Coleslaw and Plain Fried Rice for Take Out. The take out containers were made of a durable plastic instead of just a styrofoam box. I unfortunately didn't take any pictures because I was in a rush to get back to school.

Anyways, the Chicken was very crisp on the outside while staying rather moist on the inside. The coleslaw wasn't anything to write home about, it was inoffensive. The fried rice was very good, the only thing that I wasn't expecting was how large the chunks of egg were within the rice. This made a few bites spongey because it was more egg than rice. Finally, for a restaurant that states their sauces are "bursting with flavor", I would've like to receive a slightly larger cup. I do agree with the statement above by the way. All in all, tasty food.

I came into the restaurant at noon so the restaurant wasn't very busy, when I ordered, I was told there would be about a 15 minute wait for my food. It took about 17 minutes for my order to arrive, when it did, my server apologized for the wait even though I already knew it'd take this long (If staff is reading this, Thanks Chad).

I paid about 20 dollars for my meal (not including a tip) so I personally won't be a frequent customer but I will...
